Led by Noah, Evangeline stepped toward the servant question for the first time ever since she had entered the Valentine castle. She didn't expect that the castle would be this grand. No, she knew it was grand, she just didn't know the extent of it spread all the way to the servant quarter.
There were so many doors in one hallway, spreading endlessly that even after ten minutes of work, she couldn't find herself ever reaching a dead end of the hall. She also saw some maids all around, cheerfully speaking to their friends as they exited their perspective room, none seemingly noticed who she was and perhaps due to how busy the place was, bustling without a hint of anyone ever coming to a stop.
"You aren't used to stay in a place with so many people, don't you?" Noah started the conversation that made her head turn towards him.
