Synopsis: Hou's Match with Masato is still ongoing. He's on the edge, but he's able to manage. Meanwhile, Daryl & Ranma have a score to settle...

Hou braces himself from the relentless blows but...
Hou: Combat Deity Hall!!!
He survives by a cinch as the set spell got sacrificed and becomes a form of a golden barrier for him. The attacks were really intense as the earth shook and the winds became violent. But in the end, the barrier disappears and Hou survives.
Masato: Well, Hou. I can't do anything much. It's your turn now. But this fight...
Hou: This battle...
Both: I WILL WIN!!!

With 2 life remaining, 3 hand cards, what is Hou going to do? Meanwhile, Masato has 23 life. He's pretty stacked up. Both players have sweat all over their faces. Their expression is like preparing for the worst. Hou begins his turn with a draw, charge & draw. He breathes in and out slowly and he holds out one card. He closed his eyes and then suddenly opens them unclouded with confidence.
Hou: Cast. Call of Almighty. (Manipulates his deck) One to the top. One to my hand. The last one to the bottom.
Daryl: He manipulated his deck...
Hou: Blade Mage's effect.

Hou: Successive Cast. Gar-Oracle. Dragonic Charge Plus.

Ion: Emperor Agito is losing souls one after another.
Suddenly, Hou is struck with some sort of vision. In this vision, he sees Destroyer demolishing Daryl with a massive blow in his new form. The vision was like tv static view. The moment he snaps back in, he was stunned.
Hou: [What was that? Why was Daryl...]
Garga: (Looks back) Are you okay?
Hou: Yeah...To the left. Soaring Skies, Garbird.
Garbird appears but with red aura surrounding him and some armor enchantments.
Garbird: I'm here and I'm not sleepy.
Hou: With Garbird on board, all Deity Dragon Tribes gain 3000 power & defense. And in case you didn't know, I snuck Gar-Advantage into my dropzone. Another 5000 power. And bonus, I cast another Gar Advantage to increase my hand. (Draws)
Masato: Tch...He's powering up. But you know, I'm not gonna sit around like that. Cast. Linkdragon Chain Stopper.
Suddenly chains came out of nowhere and locks Hou's cards in place. All three are shocked. Everyone attempts to move but no avail.
Hou: You're kidding me.
Garga: I...can't move.
Garbird: What are we going to do?
Hou: I got this. I'll start by using Gar Cmon. Garcat. Be revived from the dropzone. Sorry Garbird.
Garbird: Good Luck, Bird. (Destroyed)
High Spirits Garcat enters. Dismissing Garbird.
Garcat: Let's do this.
Hou: You may have blocked my cards. But you didn't block my abilities. Garga, use your ability.
Garga: Got it.
Agito loses a soul card!!!
Hou: Now, Garga, revert. And Garcat. Attack Agito!!!
Garga reverts, and Garcat swings in. 1 soul left.
Hou: Garga. It's all yours.
Agito & Garga once again duel, but...suddenly Garga moves up in high speed and flies past him and destroys him!!!
Agito: ARGH!!! Sorry...Masato. (Destroyed)
Masato: AGITO!!!
Ion: My goodness, Hou destroyed Emperor Agito in just one turn!!!
Garga: Penetrate!!!

Gwen: {Awkward Smile} He is who he is...
Eden: {Awkward Smile} Even I can't deny that he's too strong sometimes.
Garga continues to attack. 8 life left.

Garga stands once again and deals 2 damage to Masato.
Masato: Again?

Ion: Oh No!!! Garga's attack was suddenly blocked!!! Even an attack with a critical of 5 won't go through. The Ace of Sports is holding strong!!!

Linkdragon Spirit returns.
Masato: Too close for comfort. [He's probably out of standing spells. Meaning I win. ]
Hou: I'm not gonna lose.
Masato: Huh?
Hou: (Forehead Shadowed) I'm sorry, Masato. But I must win. For one last time, I cast Gargantua Tactic, Deity Again!!! (Blue Aura)
Masato: WHA?
Garga stands!!! Everyone is shocked!!!
Ion: OH MY WHAT??? HOU HAS A THIRD GARGANTUA TACTIC DEITY AGAIN IN HIS HAND??? HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE!!!
Masato: Wait...when did he... (Remembers the Deck Manipulation, Gar Oracle and the countless draws) WOAH WOAH WOAH. Hold on, Hou chill.
Agito & the rest in the dropzone are also hilariously begging Hou to chill.

Garga: Yes. (Attacks)

Masato discards the top card, and it's not a Dragon Share card, much to his grunt.
Hou: Sorry, Man. But it is what it is. I cast. Military Tactics, "Two-Stage Plan"!!! One more time, Garga.
Garga stands once more.
Garga: Your luck is something else. But seeing that it came to this...(Attacks) Fare thee well, Masato Rikuo. Rrargh!!!
Masato: (Hit) AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!
Masato's flag is down.
Ion: Game End. Winner. Teng Hou Ren!!!
The crowd cheers. Hou's friends clap their hands in smiles. Masato looks back at him with a smile.
Masato: That Hou...his luck is really unpredictable...
Hou walks up to him and helps him get back up.
Hou: You alright?
Masato: You're crazy today. But anyways...(Accepts his hand) What happened? You just suddenly changed.
Hou: {Struggling} Uh, Yeah...[This is difficult...]
While watching them, however, Ranma went "Tch" with hate. He then closes the screen and opens up another, which shows Daryl in the crowd.
Vile Ranma: You're next...
While walking backstage...
Masato: A vision? Really?
Garga: Are you sure you're not lying?
Hou: Garga, if I am lying, I wouldn't be like this otherwise, wouldn't I?
Garga: No, I mean...
Hou: It's strange...
Garga: Huh?
Hou: But halfway, I was suddenly struck by lightning. And I hate to say it, but it's one part of the same vision.
Masato: Huh...Whatever it is, I'm sure it's just an illusion. Like, sometimes dreams are not real.
Garga & Hou then gave Masato the cold look, which subsequently scared him.
Masato: I mean...Uh...
Agito: You don't have to scare him like that.
Hou looks down, and Garga looks at him with worry. They reach the end and the others meet them there.
Gwen: Great fight. Both of you.
Agito: It was just a little more, and we could have won it there.
Daryl: Aside from that, Hou. I swear, your luck is something else. How were you able to draw 3 Triple Timers in the fight?
Hou: I honestly don't know...but then again, unless I do something, I would lose so...Though if it makes you feel better, I think Masato is the actual winner. Since I won by luck.
Masato: (scratches his head) No...you're too kind.
Daryl: (chuckles) I know you want to face Ranma. But I'm not going to lose easily. I promise, I will settle the score with you, my friend.
Hou: Umm...Sure.
Everyone suddenly looks at him with curiosity.
Gwen: Are you okay? Normally, you would be in normal or high spirits.
Hou: (Nervous) Yeah, Yeah. Everything's fine. I'll see you in the finals?
Daryl: Sure.
They both shake hands, and slowly the screen fades black. 3 days later in the city, Hou was shocked.
Hou: You want me to what?
It appears that Daryl & Hou are at a cafe. They are both sitting at a table with orange juice on their table.
Daryl: I want you to help me prepare for my fight against Ranma.
Hou: But I...
Daryl: Please. I analyzed his fights on my computer. But for some reason, I feel like it's not enough. That's when I thought about you.
Hou: But why me?
Daryl: Because you're the first fighter who won against Ranma. And, out of anyone who had the most experience, you are. Please, tell me what you know about Ranma's playstyle. Anything.
Hou: I...
Hou then remembers the vision that he experienced earlier. When he snaps back, Hou becomes serious.
Hou: Okay. I'll tell you what I know. But I won't guarantee any success.
Daryl: I'm aware. Thank you very much.
Immediately, Hou & Daryl start their discussion. Hou tells what he knows, while Daryl simply takes down a few notes on a piece of paper. They also analyze Ranma's fights and take note of the cards he used and the maneuvers he makes. After 2 long hours, their discussion is complete, and they feel exhausted.
Hou: Phew. Talk about a hassle.
Daryl: You tell me. But I should be able to apply changes now. Thanks, Hou.
Hou: No sweat. Always happy to help a friend.
Suddenly, they hear a bunch of noise from paparazzi. This caught their attention as they around to see a bunch of people cheering for someone.
Daryl: What's going on?
The two then walk and squeeze through the crowd to check it out.
Hou: Excuse us, coming through.
Daryl: Sorry.
To their surprise, Vile Ranma is walking beside them, looking very confident. The crowd is cheering for him.
Vile Ranma: Be patient. I don't have time for autographs. I'll sign them when I win.
Hou: Uh Oh...
Daryl: Yikes...
However, halfway, Vile Ranma sense their presence and stops to turn left. He notices them and becomes unimpressed. The two look back with a serious face. The three then talk at a different location.
Vile Ranma: I'm surprised you two are nearby. What are you? Stalkers now?
Hou: Says you. We didn't even know you were nearby. Why do you always have to be so mean?
Vile Ranma: You still don't get it, do you? You're always a thorn in my side. Living rent-free inside my head. You always have to like one-upping me. This sickens me a lot, Teng Hou Ren. And (points at Daryl) you!!!
Daryl becomes prepared.
Vile Ranma: You had to stall your approach. Be like a snail and then just say you're not going to join me. Daryl Hoshino, I thought you were smart, but you are really foolish. If you don't want to join me, just say no already!!! Isn't that so simple?
Daryl: By my calculations, I did so that you wouldn't suspect anything. In my defense, it's strategy.
Vile Ranma: Hmph, act tough all you want, but on the day of our match, I will not show you any mercy. I will destroy you both. I possess a new power that no one shall match.
Hou: {Worried} Ranma...Are you really okay deep down?
Vile Ranma: Huh?
Hou: You seem strong, but for some reason, why I do feel like you're scared?
Vile Ranma: Hahaha. Here you go again, pretending to care about me. I've seen through you're lies, goody-two-shoes. You know what, I don't have time for this. (Walks away)
Hou: (Reach out) Wait!!!
Daryl: (Stops him) No. Let him.
Hou: But.
Daryl: He's not worth it. Don't worry. He will come to his senses soon enough.
???: You sure about that?
Light then suddenly comes in beside them.
Light: He's gotten stronger, you know.
Hou: When did you get here?
Light: I was passing by. But I'm not kidding when I said what I said.
Daryl: What do you mean?
Light: You'll see. My advice: Defeat him before the worst arrives. (Walks away)
As Light walks past them, Hou & Daryl stare in stern worry. The day of the match arrives, and everyone once again gathers at the stadium. Ion & Tako suddenly come in.
Ion: Hello, Everyone. It is time for the last semi-final match. Only one fighter will face Hou, and they will duke it out to earn the title of "The Ace Buddyfighter".
Tako: Will be Vile Ranma or Daryl Hoshino? The Lost World Fighter versus The Ace of Study. Both players, Please Luminize.
Daryl: I'm guided by the celestial stars. And the Guidance of Dragon. Luminize. Galaxy Triangulum.
Vile Ranma: Reveal the Gateway to the Lost Dimension. Luminize. Dimension Gate.
Ion & Tako: Buddy...FIGHT!!!
Both: Open the Flag.
Daryl: Star Dragon World.
Vile Ranma: Dragon World.
Ion: Daryl will go first.
Daryl: Draw. Charge & Draw. I buddycall Skyseer Ardent Dragon, Cross Farnese Astrologia to the center.
Cross: (Appears) Behold my Evolved Brilliance!!!
Ion: Daryl starts out with an immediate buddycall!!!

Ion: Unbelievable. Daryl just gathered his forces, even though it's only the first turn.
Daryl: [Today's the day...That I won't lose!!! And Hou, I'll win this for you.] Cross. Attack the fighter.
Cross: Leave it to me. (Attacks)

Daryl: My turn is over.
Vile Ranma: You can gather your puny formation as much as you want. Now it's my turn. Allow me to show you...(Raises his flag) My Lost World's Power!!! Cover the Flag. Lost World.
Lost world arrives. The lost deck arrives out of thin air and flies at fast speed before stacking each other on Ranma's right palm.
Vile Ranma: Deck Change. Lost Vanity Dimension.
Destroyer arrives.
Vile Ranma: Vile Demonic Dragon, Vanity Husk Destroyer.
Cross & Daryl prepare themselves.
Vile Ranma: My turn. Draw. Charge & Draw. Cast. Dimension Summon. Looking at the top 3 cards of my deck. I call one Monster among them at no cost. Rallface to the left.
Rallface: (Appears) I will destroy, that's all.
Vile Ranma: I sent the rest to my gauge. And since my flag is Lost World, I draw 1 card. Equip, Lostless Buster. (Does So) Now tremble in fear. Quake in Terror, and be consumed by despair. I buddycall Vanity Husk Destroyer to the right.
Destroyer enters play.
Vile Ranma: Cast. D Suction. (Destroys Rallface) I gain 1 life and draw two cards. And I also destroy Cross & Fret.
Fret is out. Cross loses one soul card.
Daryl: Not so fast. Cast. Notify: Double tactics. (Pays cost) Instead of the first ability, I can use its second ability. I rest two cards on the opponent's field.
Destroyer and Lostless Buster are on REST???
Vile Ranma: Nani?
Ion: Say What??? Destroyer & Lostless Buster just appeared, but they don't get a chance to attack.
Daryl: I also sent it to Cross's soul.
Vile Ranma: Tch. I already suspected something was going to happen. Cast. Dimension Wave. I destroy Destroyer.
Destroyer is out and Ranma gains 2 life, 2 gauge & draws a card.
Daryl: Here it comes...
Vile Ranma: I applaud you. But now you're buddy shall be out. Vile Demonic Deity Dragon, Vanity Epoch Destroyer, to the center.
Vanity Epoch Destroyer arrives in a dark purple greyish hurricane and appears in full form with a loud roar.
Ion: THERE IT IS. VANITY EPOCH DESTROYER AND WHEN HE'S HERE...
Destroyer: Dimension Door, Impetus.
Suddenly, Destroyer glows purple, and Alnasl and Cross are being affected.
Daryl: [Now.] Cast. Crystallization Phenomenon.
All of a sudden, Destroyer is slowly being frozen in Ice.
Daryl: Destroyer's abilities are nullified, and he's forced to rest.
On the board, he's on rest, much to Vile Ranma's Annoyance. Cross & Alnasl are free and everyone's shocked.
Daryl: You fell right into the trap I set. I knew Cross would be destroyed for this turn. Even after I stop Destroyer from attacking. So when Epoch Destroyer is here, I took my chance to stop him.
Ion: {Panics} What an astonishing play by Daryl Hoshino!!! He was able to stop Vile Ranma without even trying.
Masato: {Excited} Daryl really is the Ace of Study.
Agito: That's So Cool!!!
Hou feels very impressed. He remembers a flashback where He & Daryl once look back at their fights, and notice Crystallization Phenomenon in one part. That's when they got the idea of stopping him with that spell. Vile Ranma, on the other hand, feels very hateful and angry.
Vile Ranma: So you done your homework... My turn is over.
Hou & Daryl: {Serious} [Let's win this.] Draw. Charge & Draw. Seerfight Dragon, Barry to the right.
Barry appears.
Hou & Daryl: Cast Again. Proclaim, Battle Supplies. (Acquire resources) Cross. Attack Destroyer.
Garga: (looks at Hou) Huh?
Cross: Leave it to me. (Attacks)
Cross flaps its wings. It flies high and fires a bunch of laser from above. The shots are fired one by one on an instant speed. Thus, the attack was hit.
Destroyer: Enjoy your struggle while you still can. (Destroyed)
Everyone but Ranma is shocked!!!
Ion: WOW. Destroyer was obliterated in just one turn!!!
Masato: For Share. Now He Can Win.
Cross: Penetrate.
10 life left.
Cross, Daryl & Hou: Double attack.
Vile Ranma: Cast. Dimension Absorb.
Daryl is dealt damage. 9 life left. And Ranma returns to 12 life.
Daryl & Hou: I'll deal with you myself. (Shoots)
10 life left. Daryl launches another. 8 life left.
Daryl & Hou: Barry !!!
Barry strikes. 4 life left.
Daryl & Hou: Cast. Notify, Skyseer Pulse. Barry Stands and 1 damage to you.
Masato: Uh Hou? Are you okay?
3 life left.
Daryl & Hou: Barry. Finish Him.
Barry: Roger that. (Attacks)
Vile Ranma: Cast. Blue Dragon Shield. (Blocks)
Everyone's shocked.
Ion: Say what? Daryl's last attack failed to finish him off.
Masato: So Close.
Agito: Darn it.
Gwen: Still, He's quite cornered. Destroyer is out. If he can still hold out until next turn...He might have a chance.
Vile Ranma looks down for a bit. His eyes are completely blacked out. Slowly, he smirks. And then, he starts to laugh out loud in evil. Everyone's shocked.
Vile Ranma: Ah...You Amuse Me, Daryl Hoshino. You really did your homework on me, did you? I assume you got your info from Hou himself. Too bad for you, it failed to finish me off.
Everyone's surprised and looks at Hou. Hou responds with blush embarrassment.
Vile Ranma: But I said it before, and I'll say it once again. I will destroy you both. And I mean it. Draw. Charge & Draw. Cast.
Vile Ranma draws a card and smirks even more. Suddenly, the card glows dark, and so do Garga's crystals, much to Garga's shock.
Garga: It can't be!!!
Vile Ranma raises out his card and suddenly flames starts to surround him as he makes his statement.
Vile Ranma: Now Be Shaken To Your Core. Your doomsday has come the moment this arrived!!! (Fire flashes) Vile Demonic Husk Deity Dragon, Vanity End Destroyer to the center.
The moment the card was placed, the card suddenly shows techcy signs. A dark smoke just ambushes the field and suddenly Destroyer has become a monstrosity that no one has ever seen. He's now some whale-like creature with three mouths with sharp teeth. His main body is on the first top mouth. And he also carries his other two forms as arms???? Okay seriously, I really cannot describe his character. Let's just say he's become a monster whale.
