When the Golden Kingdom fought with the Elf race back then, they never reached the Elf Forest. Yet Thomas and everyone now could openly enter the central land of the Elf race; their moods were inevitably complex.
Although the territory of the Elf race had lost quite a bit during the war with the Golden Kingdom, it was still vast. It took the group over ten days to walk to the Elf Forest.
Fortunately, having found Eric this time, the Snow Wolves were not in a hurry. Henry would send a message after returning; it wouldn't be too late to return after visiting the Elf Forest as guests.
On the way, they tried quite a few types of fruits and vegetables unique to the Elf race. Elves ate plainly, but they had all the necessary spices, so Eric varied the dishes enough.
