"Sorry." Arthur's voice was hoarse as he buried his head in Eric's shoulder.
Eric casually wiped his mouth a few times.
The emotions accumulated over the past few days were released. Although he was embarrassed about crying, his heart finally felt much more relieved.
"So, will you still take me back to the Hadu tribe?" he asked sadly.
Arthur, still in the crook of his shoulder, didn't speak but nodded like a squirming worm, transmitting a damp sensation.
Eric was both angry and helpless: "What exactly do you want? What are you crying for? Get up. Since you agreed, take me back quickly. And also, you aren't allowed to do that in the future."
If it weren't for the difference in strength, had it been anyone else doing that, Eric would absolutely have knocked their teeth out.
But this was a dragon, and he couldn't provoke him. His hope of going home relied entirely on Arthur, so he couldn't even say harsh words, only giving a few warning sentences that didn't hurt or itch.
