Seeing Eric's strong reaction, Luci quickly handed him a glass of thorny beast honey fruit juice to calm him down. Thomas chuckled and explained:
"We've already thought about it. Right now, the most important thing isn't strength or forging skills, but rather someone who is recognized by both tribes."
"So you two chose me? Because I'm not good at anything, I'm not a threat?" Eric grumbled, annoyed.
Hearing this, the two chiefs laughed until they bent over: "If that were the case, there would be many people to choose from."
Thomas rubbed his head: "Don't you realize that both the Snow Wolf people and the Dwarves really recognize you?"
Luci added: "You've brought so many new kinds of food to the tribe, plus the ideas for the communal kitchen, bricks and tiles, cement, and even writing paper..."
Hearing this, Eric felt embarrassed; in truth, he did most of those things just because he wanted to live more comfortably himself.
