Alex froze for a heartbeat, caught between the instinct to pull away and the magnetic pull Gabe always seemed to have over him. Here we go again, he thought inwardly, heat already curling through his stomach. Before he could even respond, Gabe's hand shifted....subtle, teasing, deliberate. Just that small movement made Alex's head tilt back, a shiver of intense pleasure rolling through him.
I should move away… I should stop… but I can't. I can't bring myself to do it.
"We… we shouldn't be doing this again, Gabe," Alex finally managed, though the words slipped out on a low, involuntary groan. "We can practice other things some other time. You...." he inhaled sharply as Gabe's thumb brushed him again, "you should go home and rest. You need it."
Gabe's eyes glittered with playful defiance, warm and daring at the same time. Yeah… but you left an unforgettable impression on me, he thought inwardly, lips curving in a smirk. And I haven't even left one on you yet.
