It looks like what Eryx would do.
After a few moments, the girl couldn't handle it anymore. She shyly stepped away. Theo's fake smile faltered the second she left, like he'd been secretly counting down the seconds until freedom. Like he wasn't the one torturing himself in the first place.
Eryx let out a dry laugh at the scene and downed the rest of his whiskey. "You've got a weird way of flirting," he muttered under his breath.
Theo shrugged, sliding into the chair beside him. "Hey, it's called practice. You should try it sometime."
Eryx rolled his eyes. "Yeah, I'm too busy waiting for someone actually worth it."
Theo smirked knowingly. "Ah… so that's why you're glowering over there like the grumpiest cat in the club."
Eryx shot him a glare, but the corner of his mouth twitched. "Just keep your eyes on me, don't get distracted," he muttered.
