"Oh!" Liam sounded confused and amused at the same time.
His arms itched around him, before he finally returned the joy and hugged her back.
Theo was so glad he was back. Weeks without him had been hard, with barely anyone to talk to. She had missed his smile, his voice, and his support. And she had been so worried about him.
She held him even tighter, "I missed you so much," She murmured.
"What the hell is going on here?!" Heather's mortified voice cut through, and Theo's eyes widened.
She quickly realised what she had just done. Boys don't usually greet each other by throwing themselves into the other's arms like a girl and murmuring how much they have missed each other. Even Liam probably was not expecting this kind of reaction from her, anyway.
Theo instantly pulled back and stood on her feet. Heather was staring at her like she was out of her mind, while Liam's ears had gone red. If he had something in mind, he was too flushed to say it.
