As mentioned earlier, the highest human Qi Sensitivity Level is Level Thirteen, a Vice Admiral, just promoted to Admiral.
A One Star Mecha can be piloted by any Mecha Master with a Qi Sensing Level above Level Seven. An Admiral piloting this mecha can single-handedly kill an Insect Man Warrior.
A Two Stars Mecha can only be piloted by someone with a Qi Sensitivity Level above Level Nine, otherwise, it can cause dizziness, headaches, nausea, and other aftereffects. An Admiral can kill two Insect Man Warriors with it. However, this means it can kill one first and still have the capability to kill another one afterwards — sequentially, not simultaneously.
And so forth.
Currently, there are only two Five Stars Mechas in the entire universe; Admiral Bai has one, and the other belongs to the newly promoted Admiral Yi.
