Pang Xiao rushed over 15 hours after Pang Zhi's surgery. As soon as he got out of the car, he sprinted to the outside of the ICU. When he arrived, Yiyi was keeping watch outside, and the effects of the medication on the two bodyguards had worn off, so they were dutifully standing guard outside.
Yiyi noticed that when Pang Xiao appeared, the two bodyguards noticeably stiffened for a moment. Pang Xiao only gave them a cold glance before focusing his attention on Pang Zhi inside the ICU.
The ICU was temporarily inaccessible, only visible through the window. Pang Xiao glared at Pang Zhi with bloodshot eyes, fixated on him until Yiyi reassured him that Pang Zhi's condition was relatively stable, which slightly calmed him down.
Then he glanced around warily and quietly asked Yiyi, "Where is that woman?"
