Lucas hands shook slightly as he pulled out the envelope containing both pouches.
He sighed, handing it over to Simon.
''Can you check if the DNA matches?'' He asked, slipping the envelope into simon's hand.
Simon raised a questioning brow.
''For..? Did you get a girl pregnant?'' He teased, jabbing Lucas on the shoulders.
Lucas glared at him.
''Just check if it matches.'' He said, turning his back to Simon.
He headed for the elevator and got in, his heart thumping against his chest harshly.
''Pull yourself together.'' He murmured, wiping the sweat off the side of his head.
He got out of the elevator, absentmindedly, his shoulders crashing into someone.
''Ouch!'' She winced, tears brimming at the side of her eyes as she tried to stand up.
''I'm so sorry.'' Lucas uttered, staring at the lady he just hit.
He grasp her arms gently, pulling her up.
''Are you okay?'' He asked, worry lines across his forehead as he stared at the bruise on her arms.
