Connors had no interest in Hippolyta and rejected Diana's offer. "I mean, when the gates of hell were closed just now, I didn't see where your mother was."

Diana also realized the problem and quickly ran towards where she and her mother were hiding before. Connors had gone one step behind her and was seeing Diana holding Hippolyta in her arms.

"He disappeared?" Hippolyta seemed to have passed out just now. At this time, she slowly opened her eyes and asked Diana.

Diana was relieved to see that her mother was not hurt. "What did you like about him before?"

Hippolyta sighed. "It's all ancient history, but fortunately, it's finally over. Thank you, Athena."

"Wonder Woman" Diana looked up at Connors walking slowly and corrected her mother. "No, we should be grateful to Connors. If he hadn't caught Hades's attention and magically restored some of Faust's strength, we might all have gone into hell."

Hippolyta said nothing more. Connors's arrival had not only saved Paradise Island but had broken thousands of years of rules. "But what about the Amazon sisters?" Hippolyta, the last of the Amazons to be petrified, had seen Faust transform everyone into statues with a petrified charm. She couldn't do magic, Diana was equally ill-versed in magic, and Connors didn't show any magical abilities when facing Hades.

But someone stood up. She was still a stage magician, but Zatanna, who would definitely become one of the strongest magicians in the future, said with the petrified charm in her hand, "This question doesn't bother me."

They followed the tunnel they came from and returned to the temple. At this time, the sun had risen in the east. Diana helped look after Hippolyta, and Connors stood aside. The three of them looked forward together to Zatanna, who was wielding a magic wand in the morning sun.

The golden light spread over the petrified charm as several spells sounded that Connors could not understand, and Zatanna lifted them high. Instead of letting the golden light from the charm shine directly on the statues, she conjured countless raindrops above Paradise Island. "Weather Magic," this was a skill Zatanna had learned on her own while watching Hades and Faust perform their abilities underground. The golden light shone on the raindrops and then refracted down, returning all petrified Amazons to normal.

"It's incredible—" Hippolyta murmured. She looked at Zatanna, who was bathed in the rising sun, and knew deeply that without her presence, the Amazons might always maintain the appearance of statues. Then Hippolyta looked at Connors, who was standing aside, tall and strong. Zatanna's magic was important, but without Connors, there would have been no follow-up to it.

Hippolyta's willingness to allow Diana, the "Wonder Woman," into the human world showed that she was not an intransigent person. But at this time, the Amazons, who had just recovered from the petrified state, after a short period of indifference, raised their weapons and surrounded Connors.

"Hera protect us! Why would an outsider enter Paradise Island? Queen, Diana, come here quickly! Don't let that dirty man defile you! Sisters, get ready for the chains!"

The heroic voices came from all directions, and the people of the Amazon surrounded Connors. However, Connors, who was in the middle of the crowd, did not panic at all. Instead, he appreciated the long or short, thick or thin thighs around him. The overall appearance of the Amazons was quite high, and their figures were much better than Diana's. However, the beauty of their leg shapes could not be compared to Diana's. Maybe they couldn't even compare to his own. Connors leisurely contrasted them one by one.

Zatanna demobilized the Amazons and played with the spell with some love, only to see Connors surrounded as soon as she looked up. Without any hesitation, she sped through the crowd and stood beside Connors. Diana, the "Wonder Woman," looked at these clansmen who had swords directed at their savior, and a flash of sadness crossed her face, but she also came to Connors, just like Zatanna.

"Without him, there would be no Paradise Island, and if you were to kill the benefactor of Paradise Island because of thousands of years of regulations, then even I would fight it," "Wonder Woman" Diana said.

After she finished speaking, the female warriors surrounding Connors reacted. They had been transformed into statues by Faust, who was also an outsider. But now that Faust had disappeared, they had regained their bodies, and looking at Diana's performance, it was obvious that this strange man was indeed the benefactor of Paradise Island. Hippolyta's next words proved this even more.

"Sisters of the Amazon, take back your weapons. It is not the sword that we should give this man, but the most revered thanks from the Amazons!" The Amazons had no fools, and after hearing the Queen say these words, all neatly put away their weapons, and the female warriors with spears stood beside Connors in two columns. Then, led by what seemed to be the leading female warrior, everyone knelt on one knee and covered their hearts with their left hands. This time their eyes were no longer hostile, but they looked at this man who had never met before and looked strong. Men who looked very different from their fellow men were full of curiosity.

Hippolyta walked slowly to Connors. She was also curious about this man, but as the queen, what she had to do now was to thank the Amazons. "Based on your bravery and ability in resisting the black magician Faust and the crazy god Hades, you will receive the eternal thanks of the Amazons."

"Before you leave, please accept our gift." Connors was also a little curious about what the so-called "gift" was, and then saw several female warriors coming over and handing over olive branches.

"You are real heroes," Hippolyta said to Connors and Zatanna.

I'm not a hero. Everything I do is just to eat melons, and I only dealt with Hades to protect myself, Connors took the olive branch and complained silently in his heart.

"No matter when and where you choose to light the olive branch, we, the people of the Amazon, will do whatever it takes to help you," Hippolyta said to Connors, but also to the people of the Amazon.

What if I split the olive branch into hundreds and only light one at a time? Connors was somewhat curious about the consequences of doing so.

"Diana." Hippolyta's expression became serious. "As a mother, I'm glad you're back on Paradise Island."

"But as Queen, I have to solemnly present our commandments. You brought outsiders to Paradise Island, and you have violated our most sacred commandments."

Zatanna looked at Hippolyta's serious expression, approached Connors slightly, pulled the hem of his trench coat and asked in a low voice, "She's not going to kill Diana, is she?"

Connors glanced at Zatanna, thinking so darkly, are you from DC?

"Wonder Woman" Diana took a step forward in a panic. "But, Mom?"

I'm sorry, I had a hard time getting this order as queen. "You are driven out of Paradise Island." Hippolyta was caught between the two identities of queen and mother. For Paradise Island and the Gate of Hell guarded below, she had to be determined.

As an "Outsider," Connors didn't care about this matter, but Zatanna seemed to be an enthusiastic girl and couldn't help but stand up and speak for Diana. "But she risked her life to save you. You can't do that!"

"Wonder Woman" Diana stopped Zatanna. "No, that's right." Diana looked at her mother and the people of Paradise Island. "I accept this punishment. Bye, Mom."

With that, she turned and left, followed by Connors. Zatanna couldn't figure it out. She was about to argue for a few words, but Connors pulled her small hand. "Let's go. Don't make it worse." Zatanna subconsciously glanced at Hippolyta and saw that the Amazon Queen's face was covered with sadness, and there were tears flashing at the corners of her eyes.

"Hail to the hero! Salute to the princess!" The female warriors of the Amazon shouted in unison, each pointing their weapons diagonally at the sky. Many people also had tears in their eyes.

Watching Diana call out the skeleton horse, Connors and Zatanna sat on it, and the three disappeared into the sky together. Until Hippolyta could no longer see them, she faced the rising sun to the east and held her hands on her chest.

"May Hera guard you, my little sun, my little star, my favorite daughter."
