Chapter 2 - 2. I am now here

I woke up in a hospital, the smell of disinfectant filling my nose

. Blinking at the white ceiling, I realized I was lying in a bed, hooked to nothing, Wearing a white patient gown and nothing else.

My body strangely light. I sat up, half-expecting pain, but… nothing. No discomfort at all.

Then, in the corner of my vision, a faint pink icon shimmered into existence.

"What the…?" I muttered, reaching toward it on instinct.

The moment my fingers brushed the glowing mark, a translucent screen materialized before me.

A new line pulsed urgently.

[Important Quest Requires Immediate Choice]

1. Increase your dick size by +4.5 inches (no drawbacks).

2. Unlock hidden potential for growth in Strength, Stamina, Intelligence, and Luck—but lose 1.5 inches from current dick size.

---

I stared at the options, my mind spinning.

Option two was tempting. Long-term growth, higher ceiling, better everything. But this wasn't some RPG—it was the Pornstar System. What kind of pornstar made it big with a small dick?

I would obviously would not be mainstream/famous star with a small size

Pluse what man would willingly reduce thier size

I glanced down reflexively. Five and a half inches. If I took the penalty, I'd drop to four. Four inches! That wasn't just small—it was career suicide.

No hesitation. I jabbed at option one.

-----

Extremely horrible agony courses through my body that my brain just gave out

The world tilted. My vision blurred.

And I fainted.

---

When I came to, the sterile ceiling greeted me again.

I glanced at the wall seeing it was midnight and my body was had some ache to it I slept again

-------

The next morning I woke up to some light noise

The digital clock on the far wall read 00:00. A dull, widespread ache had settled into my body, and exhaustion dragged me back to sleep

The next morning light crept behind the blinds

. Hallway sounds — footsteps, muffled voices — filtered in. I opened my eyes and sat up.

"Oh — he's awake. Get the doctor," a nurse called before she even reached the bed.

A man in a white coat hurried in a moment later, smile practised and calm. "Well, Mr. Harriet, nice to meet you," he said.

"Nice to meet you, Doctor," I answered

"Is there anyone you'd like us to call? Any legal guardian or emergency contact?" the doctor asked. "We tried calling the number on file, but there was no answer."

"There's no one. I'm on my own," I said.

The doctor's expression softened. "I'm sorry to hear that. Could you answer a few questions about your medical history? Your history seems clean and didn't show any obvious issues, but we need to rule out everything."

"Sure," I said.

"Have you ever had depression?"

"No. I don't think so."

"Any past trauma?"

"No."

"Think carefully," he prompted. "Sometimes memories are suppressed and don't come up right away."

He thinks I'm insane, I thought, irritation flaring, but I kept my voice steady. "No. I'm confident I don't have depression or trauma."

"Any history of seizures or epilepsy?"

"No."

"Any signs of dissociative identity? Split personality?"

"No."

"Any chronic skin conditions?"

"No."

The doctor tapped something on his tablet, then looked up. "I scanned you. There are no tumors, no cancerous cells — your neuroimaging looks clean."

"You did what?" I shouted , the words came out way louder than expected

A lot of people started looking our way

"Ahmmm... It's standard procedure to check when something as extreme happens to someone as happened to you " said the doctor

"What do you mean? What happened to me"

I Shouted

"You started convulsing in your sleep. Tremors so violent you bounced across the bed like you were possessed. At the same time, your body mass began dropping at an alarming rate. We feared the worst—hence the scans." He paused, studying me. "What's remarkable is that this went on for four days. And now, suddenly… you're fine."

He straightened. "I strongly recommend staying for further tests and blood work."

"Fine," I muttered.

---

A while later, a man in a crisp suit entered, clipboard in hand.

"Hello, Mr. Harriet. I'm Devon, the hospital's financial representative."

Two sheets of paper rested on his board.

I felt like fainting again.

The bill.
