At noon, the sun hung high in the blue sky like a fireball. Outside Paradise Island, on the giant cruise ship returning from its five-day voyage, a superb beauty in a white, one-shouldered skirt and an immature teenager in a modern uniform appeared on the third deck, unnoticed by the other tourists.

"Auntie, I'm sorry. I messed up," Leo said, his ears drooping like Ginger's. He could still see the ugly, blue look on the Amazon Queen's face. After all, it was a loss that Paradise Island had not experienced in thousands of years.

"Just be more careful in the future," Diana said softly, not blaming him.

"Next time! But, will there be a next time?" he asked, the corner of his mouth twitching. He remembered Antiope's anger, and the dumbfounded looks on the faces of the female soldiers and civilians. If he ever went back to Paradise Island, would he be besieged?

"Of course not," Diana smiled, looking out at the sea. "They have actually recognized you. They will welcome you back. Next time, I will take you to see the Queen in the palace."

He looked at her profile, his heart beating unconvincingly. His aunt was always beautiful, but when she laughed, she was even more so. The seductive arc of her lips reminded him of the unspeakable scene from the night before.

An electric-shock-like warmth spread from the corners of his mouth, quickly invading every part of his body. With a light kiss, he had stepped into the extraordinary.

After entering the demigod mode, Leo had opened his silver eyes and looked at the calm and natural face of the nearby Wonder Woman.

"This… let's take this as a reward for the hug tonight," she had said, her voice a little unstable, revealing that she was not as calm as she appeared. "But," she had added, as if speaking to herself, "this is also to allow you to inherit my strength. Yes, that's all."

It was a valid reason, a reason that could allow them to briefly cross that boundary.

"So that's how it is," he had muttered, the blazing emotions hidden in his silver eyes.

"Not enough," he had said suddenly.

"What?" she had asked, looking at him blankly.

"The medium. It's not enough," he had said, very calmly. He had stood on his tiptoes and pressed his lips against the softness that was now frozen in astonishment.

"Really, the medium is not enough," she had said, her eyes also calm. She had felt a little helpless, and then, she had bowed her head and sent something softer and sweeter.

The silver moonlight had fallen into the main hall, and on the stone altar, the Mother Box, which had been shelved for thousands of years, remained silent.

Back in Loguetown, after cleaning up the house, Diana went out to work. She changed jobs every few years. He now understood that with her ageless physique, it would be too unusual for her to stay in one place for too long. Fortunately, with her excellent qualifications, she never had to worry about finding a job. At present, she was a shareholder in a well-known local private law firm in Loguetown.

After taking a shower, Leo turned on his phone, which had been off for five days. Countless messages popped up on the screen. He almost thought he had a virus.

Before he could even check them, the doorbell rang. He opened the door and saw a healthy young white man with a pet bag in his arms. The man looked a little sluggish, with obvious dark circles under his eyes.

"Hello. Is this the Prince's house? Is this where Miss Diana Prince lives? My name is Barry Allen!" the young man said, his body movements a little weird.

"Barry Allen?" he remembered. His aunt had said she had entrusted Ginger to a friend.

"This is yours," Barry said, and unzipped the pet bag. A small orange figure shot out.

"Wait!" Barry was shocked, and was about to use his ability. But he soon saw that the orange beast had rushed into the boy's arms without any malicious intent, and was now rubbing its little head against his arm, making a grieved "meow" sound like a real cat.

"Hahaha, Ginger, have you been good?" Leo smiled, and stretched out his hand to rub her soft fur.

Barry's eyes straightened. If it hadn't been for the fact that he had been fighting a battle of wits and courage with this little guy for the past few days, he would have almost thought that this was just an ordinary kitten.

"So, you know what's special about it?" he asked directly.

Leo looked at the cute little Ginger in his arms and nodded.

"Okay. As long as it's safe with you, that's great," Barry said with a sigh of relief. "I'll be going now."

"Wait," Leo said, and stretched out his hand. "My name is Leo Prince. Thank you very much. It must have been very tiring to take care of this little guy."

"It has a certain cuteness," Barry said, looking at Ginger. He shook Leo's hand and said quickly and sincerely, "And Miss Diana once helped my father. It was only right for me to take care of her pet. My home is not far from here, at No. 26 on Center Street. You're welcome to come and visit anytime."

"I will, brother. I'll bring Ginger over to see you sometime," he said, waving goodbye.

"Uh, Ginger, maybe not," Barry's eyes twitched. "But you're welcome to come."

As he watched Barry leave, he blinked and looked down at the kitten in his arms. "He's a nice person, right?"

"Meow!" she exclaimed indignantly, as if to say that she couldn't beat him.

"So, he's also a person with extraordinary power?" he thought. After everything he had been through, he was no longer a stranger to the extraordinary. After all, who in his family was ordinary now?
