I was just 2 kilometers away from the kingdom of ShinkaiKingdom-I was inside a cave where my Leaping seal was placed,speaking of Leaping seal I placed one near two dead guards I also used SealingAttack to seal the Leaping seal in order to teleport her to me, anyway there was lots of animal blood that can be smelled.

Two days ago I went hunting for some animals pigs , cows , it was a job request to capture some animals alive, I made a deal with the job request person in exchange I want bucks of the animal blood sent to this location.
They gave me a strange look, however I brushed it off, right now I'm waiting for the BHA to arrive since I called them in.

Well does matter as the first to arrive at the scene of the crime, is the BHA.

A magic knight, who looked to be a man in command of several magic nights suddenly shuts.
"B..But sir magic knight this is Bounty Hunter Association request order."
The poor BHA employee was being chewed up by all the magic knights.
"Just give me the bounty ticket for her head."
I said to the BHA associate.
"Not so fast! We need to bring you in for questions!"
The same commanding Magic knight said.
"On what grounds! I have nothing to say to your unreasonable questions."
I said to the magic knight in command,however I didn't finish speaking as I continued.
"Plus what your doing is bad for business, even if it's a kingdom case, this only applies to Northern region of Isvan. However since the BHA got here first,that means you have to wait your turn!"
I finally finished talking.
"H..How dare you Insult the Kingdom of ShinkaiKingdom."
The magic Knight said flabbergasted by my audacity. He then approached me along side some magic knights arming themselves with weapons.
"Stop!!"
A young man no older than 21 years old said out loud.
"Takashi, you're bringing shame to our kingdom by showing aggression actions towards a civil man!"
The same young man said, he appeared to be a nobleman.
"Hello…My name is prince KaitoYoshinori. Thank you for capturing the ba…"
I interrupted somewhat rudely.
"Sorry…Prince Kaito, however I didn't capture the bandit for your nobles sakes, I have personally agendas with this bandit that's all there is to it."
I finish speaking,despite my rudeness the prince didn't really take offense to my words, in fact he is more delighted by them if anything.
"Haha. Thank you for the honesty, however we did in fact have a case here see this bandit did not only killed my older sister, but they also took a very valuable materials."
The prince KaitoYoshinori said.
"Are you talking about the scroll seal she has? That scroll she had contains a storage space mechanism inside. You can have I don't need it."
I said as I walked over to the BHA associate and asked nicely.
"The bounty ticket please."
"H.here you go."
I grabbed the ticket then placed it in my Shadow Storage.

I then picked up my compass from my back pocket looked towards the direction of North and since the right of North is East , since NorthEast region is closer than Western region.
I guess heading NorthEast from here would be the best move, then see what path will be needed next.

Now the bandits are on the move, which means Brian is also on the move, but the question remains what is he doing.
My initial guess was materials for a new lab or some type of project that requires many different types of materials.
Maybe I should have taken a small peak on what was inside the sealing scroll of HikariKuroi-Aka.
No matter it will take me 20 minutes to arrive around the region of NorthEast of Isvan. Plus the extra time to locate them it would probably take a few days to track them down.

It's been 3 days since I have been busy tracking them down not only that ,but I have learned multiple Ice magic spells. I haven't found them yet, only picked up a clue about a nice handsome fella heading into a forest that is apparently forbidden.
Which is far from the truth, since I recalled that one bandits database on this individual.

RaidenTsukinoKuro, is probably a bandit that uses his good looks to fool innocents who don't know his true motives.
I sense different key creators however couldn't sense any human individuals however, there was a strange static effect in a certain area.
Hmm.. this kind reminds me of a hidden barrier seal of some kind, however the strange thing about it, it's blocking my sense without any seals.
"And who? May you be young man being alone in the woods is very dangerous."
I turned around at the source of the voice, my gaze landed upon a male with handsome face , had black wave straight hair, had dark brown eyes standing at least 180 centimeters.
All the same weird static energy I sensed earlier was coming off of him stronger than what I had sensed earlier.
"Cut the chat..Raiden Tsukino .. or would you like to be called Kuro."
RaidenTsukino-Kuro POV:
5 minutes before encountering Takeshi-
I was busy collecting tons of forbidden plants, I really don't know what to calle them or what they're used for.
All I know is that the intelligence agency wants them, which means Brian is making some type of move and needs us to do the labor.

My Heaven's Eye picked up a new strong presence, since I already knew all of the previous presence here, this one was definitely human and strong presence that's trying to conceal it's presence, however I hovered over my Heaven's Eye to make my presence unknown.
(Heaven's Eye: form of Eye Magic which allows the user to see over long distances, giving them the ability to see through solid objects.)
I moved towards the direction of the strong presence, I hid myself until my vision was able to clearly see a young boy no older than 15 years old he was about 170 centimeters tall, had short sliver hair and ocean blue like eyes steering right into my soul.
All of my senses are telling me to kill him right now.
I approach cautiously then say in my usual manner I use to fool people.
"And who? May you be young man being alone in the woods is very dangerous."
"Cut the chat..Raiden Tsukino .. or would you like to be called Kuro."
The sliver hair boy said, seeing right through my demeanor.
"OH.. I would have let you live if you didn't mention my name."
I said with killing intention.
"RegulusMagic!"

Two waves of light was launched towards the sliver hair boy one vertical and the other a horizontal making an (X) mark.
3RD Perosn POV:
Two waves of light waves shaped into an (X) was launched in the direction of Takeshi.
Takeshi used two water magic waves into the same (X) shape to clash into the light waves.

However the light magic waves are more powerful than the water waves, making the light waves move right through the water.
The clashes of elements waves did give Takeshi breathing room to move out the way.
However as Takeshi moved.RaidenTsukino-Kuro , had also jumped up into the air towards Takeshi by delivering a high kick from the air.

Takeshi moves out of the way of the incoming high kick, Takeshi then pulls out his GyuunennoTsurugi (Bull's Yearning Sword).

Takeshi then uses his sword with his mana being channeled into Speed and Agility boost enchantments.
Takeshi moves faster than RaidenTsukino-Kuro is able to move, but thanks to his Heaven's Eye despite it not being a eye to give him faster reaction speed it does help with his perception time.

RaidenTsukino-Kuro mange's to move out of the way, however he was met with shock waves from the swing of GyuunennoTsurugi (Bull's Yearning Sword).

RaidenTsukino-Kuro body was rolling on the ground until his body collapsed onto a boulder about 78 centimeters big.

RaidenTsukino-Kuro body crash right onto the boulder causing back injuries, however something weird was happening to RaidenTsukino-Kuro body it was slowly repairing itself due to the effects of the Light magic.
However Takeshi would not let this opportunity go by. Takeshi used a new attack spell he recently learned not just any , but two spells combined into one

RaidenTsukino-Kuro now heavily losing a lot of blood with his body slowly getting hypothermia.
Takeshi quickly moves and strikes RaidenTsukino-Kuro straight at the heart.
