Preface

" In the beginning, there was silence.

Then came the Sparks, bright and fleeting, where mortals kindled their first fire.

The Threads of Time tangled, pulled, and rewound, until memory itself grew uncertain.

A Gift descended — not asked for, not refused — and the world burned anew.

From hollow thrones rose Faith, filling vessels with voices never meant to speak.

When the Silence deepened, echoes awoke with hungers of their own.

Flames dimmed, and even the mighty bent beneath twilight's weight.

Then came a Gaze, colder than void, bearing the patience of endings.

Time itself eroded, gnawing at stone, flesh, and dream.

Mortals made their Offerings, and a thousand years of blood bought but a moment of sleep.

At last, the Feast began — jaws unhinged, swallowing worlds, leaving nothing but the memory of laughter in the dark.

Thus the experiments turn, thus the cycles close.

Thus begins The Chaos' World."
