They both stood a few feet away, glaring each other down. Khal slowly lifted his right foot forward in an attempt to move towards Merek.
Merek upped his guard, breaking his gaze and watching Khal's foot intently.
The moment Khal's feet touched the ground, Merek lifted both his hands, eyes glowing with mana.
"Wind you Bitch!" He shouted, slice him up!" large multiple semi-invisible slashes of wind were created above him, quickly launching Khal, moving at blindingly fast speeds.
As fast as he could, Khal circulated mana into his legs and with a quick burst, he dashed to the right, out of the way, dodging the slashes. The blades of wind crashed into the ground, missing Khal by only a few inches.
