Chapter 59 - Chapter 58

Exactly one month had passed since Minjun's discharge from the hospital. The evening was quiet and gentle, and even the city outside the windows seemed calmer. No guests, no noisy calls, no unnecessary words - just the three of them. Everything was happening as it should: peacefully, with trust, as if life itself had decided to give them a break.

The baby lay in his carrier, covered with a blanket, with the very blue sneakers the grandfather had given him on his feet. They were still too big, wobbling comically with every movement, but that's what made them look even more touching. Hyuk leaned down and adjusted a lace that had come a little loose.

"Look," he said quietly, almost in a whisper. "Even his sneakers are waiting for him to grow."

Minjun smiled and stroked the baby's tiny hand.

"Seha," he said slowly, as if tasting the name. "Our new dawn."

The name felt so natural, as if it had always been with them. Hyuk nodded, and a gentle certainty flashed in his eyes: this was exactly how it was meant to be. A new dawn, the beginning of their new life, the point from which everything had changed.

There was nothing special on the table - simple food they had cooked together: fried fish, rice, salads, bowls of kimchi, and greens. But today, everything felt festive. The lamp above the table cast a warm glow, and the wine glasses reflected its shimmering highlights.

Hyuk raised his glass, waiting for Minjun to pour a little as well.

"To the first month," he said. "To the fact that only light awaits us from now on."

Minjun held the glass to his lips but didn't drink right away. He looked at the sleeping Seha, at his steady breathing, at how the blanket rose and fell slightly. Only then did he take a small sip. The wine was tart, leaving a warmth inside, like a memory of Hyuk's words.

They ate slowly, talking about small things. Minjun recounted how the baby had held his finger more tightly than usual for the first time today, while Hyuk remembered trying to put him down for a nap and getting scared when the baby suddenly fell silent too quickly. Their words were filled with laughter, tenderness, and a new, still unfamiliar role for both of them - the role of parents.

After dinner, Minjun picked up Seha and sat in the armchair by the window. Twilight had already settled on the city, and lights twinkled outside the glass. The baby looked out into space with wide-open eyes, as if trying to catch a star that was just beginning to appear in the sky.

"Look, he seems to understand," Minjun said, his voice filled with admiration.

"Of course he understands," Hyuk responded, sitting down beside him. "The name he has already contains the dawn. He sees what you and I don't notice."

Minjun smiled and kissed the baby on the top of his head. He squeaked quietly, wiggled his feet in the too-big sneakers, and calmed down again.

They sat like that for a long time: Minjun with the baby in his arms, Hyuk beside him, a hand on his shoulder. The evening flowed steadily, like a river, and every moment was filled with new meaning.

Later, when the hands of the clock passed midnight, Seha was already fast asleep. His breathing was steady, his little chest rising and falling with surprising harmony. Minjun carefully placed him in the crib, adjusted the blanket, and ran a finger over his cheek.

He lingered for another moment, as if wanting to make sure the baby was truly safe. Only when Hyuk gently touched his elbow did Minjun exhale and step back.

"He's asleep," he whispered, smiling.

"Now it's our turn to relax a little," Hyuk replied.

They left the nursery door ajar and headed to the kitchen.

The bottle of wine, two glasses, and a couple of plates were still on the table. The lamp on the ceiling cast a soft golden light in which the shadows seemed warmer and closer. The smells of dinner, wine, and something domestic and cozy mixed in the air.

Minjun sat down on a chair, resting his elbows on the table. He ran a finger along the rim of the glass, and the sound echoed lightly in the silence. Hyuk sat next to him, their shoulders touching.

The silence wasn't awkward. It was full - of breaths, of glances, of touches that were just beginning to be born.

Hyuk took his glass, took a sip, and put it back down.

"The wine is tart," he said quietly.

His throat went dry, his breathing hitched, and his chest felt tight.

The alpha leaned closer. Their lips met in a kiss - at first soft, as if testing, then deeper. The taste of wine on his tongue mingled with the warmth of his breath, and Minjun's body responded instantly: his heart beat faster, his knees weakened, and a tense, eager warmth spread in his lower abdomen.

The pheromones grew thicker, as if filling the kitchen. Minjun felt them with his whole body: a slight tremor in his fingers, a wetness building below, a desire with every touch.

Hyuk slowly slid his palm over his waist, lingered on his side, and then moved higher, to his chest. Minjun arched toward him, unconsciously, and was surprised by how easily his body gave in.

The buttons of his shirt unfastened one after another. Hyuk didn't rush - each button came undone in the rhythm of their kisses. When the fabric finally fell from his shoulders, Minjun shivered from the cool air and, at the same time, from the heat of the alpha's palms.

"Hyuk..." he whispered, almost pleadingly.

In response, Hyuk just pulled him closer, making him sit on the edge of the table. The wood squeaked quietly under his weight.

Now, kisses were placed on his neck, his collarbone, his exposed chest. Minjun gasped, his fingers clutching the edge of Hyuk's T-shirt, pulling it up, exposing his muscular stomach. Under his fingers, he felt the alpha's hot body, from which came a scent - thick, commanding, and intoxicating.

Minjun trembled. The wetness between his thighs became noticeable, and the fabric of his pants was betrayingly soaked. He wanted to hide, but the alpha wouldn't let him: his palms slid down, covering his thighs, and pressing him close.

"You're already ready," Hyuk said hoarsely, inhaling at his neck.

And his fingers moved lower. Slowly, through the fabric - a light pressure, a gliding movement, and Minjun moaned, not believing the sound belonged to him. His body was responding faster than his mind could comprehend.

Hyuk took off his clothes completely, and the air touched his damp skin. Minjun squeezed his knees together, but the alpha's fingers pushed them apart, confidently but gently.

The first touches were cautious. The pads of his fingers slid where the omega was already wet and hot. Minjun arched, gritting his teeth, his hands fluttering - clutching the table, then Hyuk's shoulders.

"Relax," the alpha whispered, touching his lips again. "I'm here."

A finger entered slowly, softly. Minjun gasped, his whole body trembling, but he immediately accepted it. The heat inside spread wider, and his breathing became heavy.

Hyuk moved carefully, gradually - one finger, then a second. Each time he gave the body time to get used to it, stroking his thigh, his back, kissing his neck until the tension was replaced by a sweet shiver.

Minjun moaned softly, sometimes hiding his face in his chest. The alpha's scent stood around them in a dense wave, seeping into his skin, and the omega couldn't resist - nor did he want to.

His body opened up. The fluid flowed more freely, his anus gave in obediently, and with every second, the desire became more unbearable.

Hyuk froze, listening to his breathing.

"More?" he asked, looking into his eyes.

Minjun nodded, his cheeks burning, his lips trembling.

And the fingers went deeper.
