She folds the note. Tucks it in her pocket. Takes a deep breath.

She walks into the confessional room.
Sits in the single chair facing the camera.
Voice's cheerful tone fills the space. "Thanks for volunteering! Just a few quick questions about today."
"Sure."
"How did you find cooking with HAEL?"
Her mind flashes to his hands on hers. His smile. The way they moved together like they'd done it a thousand times.
"Professional," she says. "He's very skilled in the kitchen."
"You two seemed very comfortable together."
"We've worked together for several months. We understand each other's work style."
"Is that all it is? Work?"
The question is casual. But loaded.
Soorin's pulse spikes.
"What else would it be?"
Voice laughs. "Just asking. The chemistry was quite noticeable. Fans are already shipping you two."
Her stomach drops. "Shipping?"
