He paused.
"Yesterday, AUREYA Entertainment experienced a crisis that exposed serious security vulnerabilities in our organization. Seven individuals were kidnapped and held hostage by a former employee, Kang Jiwon. Thanks to the swift action of law enforcement, all seven hostages were rescued and are currently receiving medical care."
Cameras flashed.
"Additionally, we have learned that Ms. Kang was responsible for fabricating evidence against LUMEN's leader, HAEL, in last month's scandal. I want to be clear: HAEL has been fully exonerated. The accusations against him were false, manufactured as part of Ms. Kang's elaborate revenge scheme."
