(A/N: the reason why I only introduced class 1A of each school is simple it would be way too many characters so don't mind and the reason why I haven't been writing as much is due to me being on travel so yeah don't mind so anyway back to the story.)
And with the introduction of all the academies complete the crowds excitement was at an all time high as they awaited for the beginning of the festival's events.
"Alright then and with that all of them here but before we can begin the sports events it's time for student representative!!" Said present mic as he pointed towards the third years entrance gate.
"Of course who else can it be but the best student of UA academically, one of it's most popular and the best student this academy has had in decades!!!!" Screamed present mic as everyone quiet down as they heard footsteps.
"He was the the one to reinforce the student council in UA since it's abolishment over 5 decades ago" everyone present could feel theit heart pumping blood through their veins at extreme speeds in excitement.
"The one who single handedly United all of the students in this academy to become something more the greatest pride and joy of this prestigious academy" each step that the students heard approaching they felt goosebumps.
"The man who has never lost a single battle in his school history against other students nor against actual villains!! A leader!, a strategist and a future top hero" As they heard him approaching closer to the entrance every student especially those of the older classes felt nothing but praise for the man.
"THE STUDENT COUNCIL PRESIDENT AND JAPAN'S NO.1 RANKING STUDENT IN ALL CATEGORIES KIBE RYOTA!!!!!!" And with that he finally appeared out of the entrance wearing the UA sports dress and his student council president coat over it as a symbol of responsibility.
His was nearly 190cm tall with an extremely well balanced physique as each and ever part of his body was covered in silver circuit like veins a sign of his quirk his hair was a brilliant blue glowing like those of neon lights his face filled with determination and confidence.
As his full figure comes to the light of the sun every camera and eyes immediately moved towards him to get a glimpse of him.
"Is that _?"
"That is him wow"
"The student council president"
"He's better looking than i thought "
The students especially those of 2nd and 3rd year straighten their posture as they all look at with nothing but respect and honour they look at him not as simply a fellow classmates but as a leader one that deserves nothing but the utmost respect.
"That's Ryota san alright always a big entrance when needed"
"Man i would really like to ask him out but he's rejected everyone"
"Well he wouldn't be the nation's no.1 student if he was so easy to catch"
While the first years simply look with confusion, awe and jealousy st the man who stands at the top of all of Japan in every category for they had never actually seen him in this state of him as a representative.
"Seriously man he looks like a robot"
"Am I the only one who feels intimidated"
"Nope I think that's natural"
The other academies on the other hand especially the third years of each Academy gripped thier gloves and uniforms even tighter at the man's sheer presence while some gulped nervously others just grinned in excitement.
"So that's him huh"
"The man closest to becoming the no.1 without even having graduated yet"
"Man that one is just an exaggeration but I will admit he's already at the level of pros no even top 10 level"
The heroes all had nothing but nods of approval for the man as they exchanged looks as everyone of them felt that they were looking at not the next All might no they were looking at the man who would lead the next generation including the nation's next symbol.
"Man to think that he's already above so may of us in the popularity chart without even having graduated"
"Yah he's already a top hero"
"That kid's the face of the future generation"
And the staff all of them relax when they see him and his determined face even the event coordinators feel reassured by his meer presence something only All might was thought to be capable of doing.
"As expected of our president "
"The students feel safer with him just being present "
"Principal Nezu made the right choice"
The civilians and everyone watching simply stand up waiting for the man as he climbs up the podium preparing for his speech they couldn't wait to see what this man will say.
"That's the student I told you about"
"Seriously it's like I'm looking at All might or Endeavour"
"What do you think he'll say"
The reporters and various news channel were experiencing an all time high in ratings on levels never seen before in events outside of disasters or villain attacks but for it to reach this level for just one student and he isn't even from the anticipated class 1A and 1B of UA 1st year.
"This is unprecedented public approval of this level just for a single student seriously are we looking at a student or the next All might"
As he took his place at the podium in front of the microphone he didn't wave, he didn't smile broadly like All might or various other heroes he simply nodded at the staffs and various heroes who were there and smiled softly towards his fellow students and towards the civilians.
He moved like someone who knows it isn't about him alone it's about responsibility it's about the symbol that he carries upon his back it's about everyone that watches his back as he carries their dreams and ambitions and his will to help.
"Citizens of Japan.
Heroes_both present… and those still in the making and my fellow students."
A pause not for drama but purely for respect.
"Today, this stadium celebrates strength.
But strength alone has never defined a hero."
The circuits along his arms brighten slightly, responding to his pulse.
"Strength without restraint becomes destruction skill without purpose becomes vanity power without compassion… becomes fear."he looks across the student sections first years, rivals, even those trembling.
"U.A. High was not built to create the strongest individuals it was built to create those who will stand when others cannot."
A slight turn toward the competitors' gates.
"Some of you fight to prove yourselves.
Some of you fight to surpass someone else.
And some of you fight because this is the only place you've ever felt seen."his voice softens but not weaken into a more gentle tone.
"All of those reasons are valid."the crowd is silent as they listen to his every word with utmost concentration.
"But today, remember this:
Every clash in this arena is not a battle against your opponent it is a conversation with your own limits."the blue glow in his hair intensifies, steady and controlled a sign that he is preparing to get serious.
"Win with honor.
Lose with resolve.
And if you fall_fall facing forward" he places a fist over his chest, the circuits forming a unified pattern.
"Because the world does not need heroes who never fall it needs heroes who rise… and bring others to rise along side with them."he stops for a single beat as he takes a breath.
"As Student Council President, I promise this:
No matter how powerful we become
we will not forget why we were trusted with that power"he lifts his gaze to the stands civilians, parents, children.
"And to those watching from beyond these walls your future is not something we will inherit"he gives a firm nod.
"It is something we will protect as heroes, as humans, as everyone else in this world has done and will continue to do so."he steps back takes a deep breath as he looks towards the VIP stand where with his enhanced eyes he saw principal Nezu nod.
"And there is one more thing before we begin"
Everyone becomes quiet once again as they listened intently waiting.
He looks past the competitors, past the heroes, past the cameras and ...
Straight to the civilians.
That simple act of looking at the civilians caused a reaction from midoriya and all of classmates as well as the heroes.
"Many people believe that heroes are born different Stronger. Brighter. Chosen" he gives a slow shake of his head for every word he said send a strange feeling to everyone.
"That belief is wrong" the blue light in his hair steadies, calm and unwavering as midoriya was watching him he felt something something he had felt a long time ago.
"Quirks do not define heroes,titles do not define heroes, even victory does not define heroes"his voice lowers gentle, but absolute and says the one line that had changed midoriya's life forever and remembers that faithful day.
"Anyone can be a hero" A ripple moves through the crowd and Midoriya he sheds tears whether we're they of joy or sadness he didn't know as he clutched his chest.
"All you need… is the strength to be kind when cruelty is easier.
The courage to stand when it would be safer to turn away.
And the resolve to protect others_even when no one will ever know your name" He places his hand over his chest again, circuits aligning into a single glowing emblem.
"That strength is not rare."he pauses as he looks down as his hair glows a brilliant neon blue .
"It is human"He straightens, gaze firm now as he looks at everyone civilians, heroes students as he raises his hands and spread it wide.
"As long as we remember that…
as long as we choose to lift each other instead of standing alone..." He gives faint smile small and sincere.
"Then no one here stands beneath the word hero"He takes one step back and slowly raises his right hand.
"Till all are one."
The stadium holds its breath and as for those watching on TV especially those who were told they couldn't be heroes including midoriya shed tears .
"Till all can go beyond—PLUS ULTRA."
For a moment nothing but then
A clap
A cheer
A shout
It spread from one to ten to a hundred to thousands and even millions across the entire nation even to those across other countries.
Everyone was standing in applause as many were cheering and shouting and some were also crying hearing the one thing they always wanted to hear even if it was a little later than they wanted but one thing was common everyone looked at this one man as he single handedly reminded people why heroes existed and also that everyone could be a hero.
"And that is our pride and joy the student council president Kibe Ryota he not only opened the sports festival but he also opened all our hearts baby!!!!!"
Shouted Present mic as fireworks started shooting from the corner of the stadium with everyone cheering and at the centre of it all stood KIBE RYOTA.
