It was around 3 days before the sports festival the students and staff from the other 3 academies had arrived to Japan along with them came the 3 principals of each Academy.
Principal Psyker of Skyhigh academy from USA a literal floating academy she had arrived with a total of 120 students from 1st year to 3rd year ones as well for this event.
Next came headmaster Singham from N.G.H academy from India along with him came 150 students considering the education system of the country this was actually small, similar to skyhigh it consisted of 1st ,2nd and 3rd years.
And finally came lord Ainsworth of AVALONIA from the UK with him came 90 students with all 1st to 3rd year students and with all of the academies gathered the 3 principal went to UA to talk to NEZU.
"Yo nezu how've you been!" Said Singham as he waved at him with an enthusiastic smile he was always the type of person to befriend anyone he meets.
"It was quite bold of you to propose this event but I must say I too was curious on how this would play out so here I am" said psyker with a pleasant smileshe was someone who despite her generally cold personality in public was in truth a very kind and caring individual.
"Let's get go your office first shall we" said Ainsworth who like always had the air of an aristocrat around him well he is an aristocrat but he does have a more softer side inside him on he only displays in close doors.
"Yes it's good to meet you all again I've been well and let's discuss inside my office this way please" said nezu who was sitting on the shoulders of ectoplasm who led them to the office but never entered as he knew the discussion they were about to have was something he didn't need to know.
"Well then it's been around 5 years since all four of us have met eachother as much as I would like get up to date with everyone I think we all know what we are here for right?" Asked Nezu.
"Yeah _the hero alliance is facing multiple problems right now with the various governments trying to use it to gain power seriously they are a headache" said Singham.
"If that wasn't enough now the tension between the hero society and the underworld is at an all time high which is the Reason why I couldn't bring the commander with me here" said Psyker.
"And then there's the increase activity in the moon lit world the highest in over 50 years something is going on there " said Ainsworth.
"Alistair you are right next to their headquarters aren't you, anything you can tell us ?" Asked Singham.
"Not much as infiltration is practically impossible due to those _barriers of there's as well as the fact that any magus capture always get silenced due to their_contracts" said Ainsworth.
"A no go huh that's why I hate dealing with magi they aren't as strong as the top pro Heroes but they are way harder to deal with on general seriously they start acting right when we are preparing to deal with the 13... Do you think?" Asked Singham.
"Let's not be hasty shall we now " said Nezu as he stepped up to calm them down for a bit.
"I agree though _ this has significantly slowed down the preparations for the battle against the 13 by over 2 years.... Well we can only try and prepare " said Psyker.
"By 2 years huh matherchod " said Singham as he pushed his hair up to the back of his head.
"Though there is one information that i received which might be of great importance for this situation " said Nezu as he leaned forward.
"The clock tower is currently divided and is on the edge to a full blown civil war right now the signs are all there" said Nezu which caught their attention as he explained the reasons and signs that indicates his reasoning.

"Bal_ this is serious isn't it if .... Quirks can act as thaumaturgical fuel then that means that this event would also attract them here right!?" Asked Singham who was getting a little agitated.
"Yes and that is why I secretly asked you to bring a few more heroes and law enforcements undercover this event isn't going to be just a show of force or a statement it's also going to be a trap" declared Nezu.
"NEZU be careful on what you say I am not going to let my students be harmed due to your plans " replied Psyker as she sat straight and in full attention.
"Though this isn't a bad plan but there are several holes in this planning of yours especially because this event can also attract the underworld and the 13 as well " said Ainsworth.
"I am fully aware of that hence why I called in a few favours whom I'd like to introduce to you" said Nezu as he signalled for them to enter.
"Meet Miss Rin Tohsaka from the clock tower and former vigilante Ideal or now know as Julius Takashi who has various connections with the underworld " said Nezu.
"Wait clock tower as in she's a magus" said Singham shocked.
"Yes hello it's a pleasure to meet you my name is Rin Tohsaka and I am here to act as a proxy for Lord el meloi Waver velvet in this meeting " said Rin as she bowed and then looked at Ainsworth for a while until she blinked and looked away.
"And I am Julius Takashi and I'm here to essentially help establish a sort of connection with the underworld as I was involved with them for over 15 years " said Julius.
"So these two are your trump card huh I'm impressed " said Psyker.
"Sala_ Well I'll be damn you actually got Ideal into this huh alright lead the way Nezu" said Singham impressed.
"Yes it's about time things happened " said Ainsworth as he sipped his tea.
And thus the preparation behind the scene has begun and now the sports festival shall start.
