"Aunt Hill, are you mistaken? I've never had a scar on my forehead."
Aurora was certain that in her own memory, there had never been any scar on her forehead. Why would the woman in front of her say something that didn't exist?
"No? Could I really be remembering wrong? That can't be. Back then, it was me who took you to see a doctor about the scar on your forehead."
Aurora smiled. "Aunt Hill, you must be mistaken. As far as I remember, I've never had any injury on my forehead. Maybe it was someone else, and you just mixed her up with me?"
Aunt Hill smiled faintly. "Maybe so."
Aurora felt something was off. It seemed as if they were testing her.
"Sophia, I feel like something isn't right."
