Olivia's point of view
"Good evening, Miss Thompson. How's your night?" Maria, the nanny, greeted me.
I smiled at her, "I had a fun night. Is Gavin awake?"
She shook her head and answered, "He's already asleep, Miss. I put him down early because he's so tired of playing. I can wake him up if you want?"
"No, that's fine. You can rest now," I said.
She nodded before heading to the maid's room and the house fell in silence. I removed my heels and left them on the floor before heading upstairs. I felt so exhausted tonight, and I left the party alone.
I went to my son's bedroom and opened the door, exposing myself to my soundly asleep son. I smiled before heading in and approached his bed quietly, removed the chair that was covering his eyes and kissed him on the forehead gently.
