"Hello Miss Valentina." Valeria looked up from her computer, as Valentina took a seat across from her.
"Hi doctor Valeria," she replied with a smile.
"What brings you here today? Do you not feel well?" She adjusted her glasses and her body on the chair, so she could give her all of her attention.
"Actually, I wanted to see your father. We previously discussed my health. I just want to tell him I've had a change of mind. Where is he?" Her eyes squinted quizzically.
"Oh, I'm really sorry you had to come all the way for nothing. Weren't you told my father has retired? I run the hospital now."
"Wow–" she bit her lips, feigning ignorance. "Uhmm, that's a bit too sudden though. It never seemed as if he would retire any time soon."
"Forgive my prying, but weren't you gone for like ten months? That's almost a year long enough for someone to change their mind. If you don't mind though, I could give you medical counsel. If that's what you're seeking of course."
