The next day Yujiro dragged his extremely sore body to the training ground 32, where they underwent the same torture as yesterday.
Yujiro and his team went through this torture for the next month and a half before switching up the routine.
After a day of training, Hiramasu announced something.
"After today, we won't have the afternoon training.
Instead we will start doing missions in the afternoon from now on."
After he said so he heard a voice of one of his students.
"Sensei, what kind of mission will we complete tomorrow?
Will we save a princess, kill ninjas of enemy villages?"
Mujin eagerly asked.
'Hehe, he certainly has an imagination.'
After a second he replied with a chuckle.
"Something like that."
While Hyori and Mujin were fooled by Hiramasu, Yujiro was looking at Hiramasu with disbelief.
'There is no way we are going to have a B rank mission right off the bat, not to even talk about A rank missions.
If it was a C rank mission, then it would be possible, but no way are we doing that.
He's just misleading us for nothing.
He's definitely putting us to do some stupid D rank mission.'
After coming to a conclusion, he looked at Hiramasu with the eyes one would look at their enemy.
Although Hiramasu noticed his look, he gleefully ignored him.
"Hehe, this is definitely the best part of the job, I should reserve a couple of fun missions."
After Hiramasu dismissed them, Yujiro went back home and diligently practiced on his basics and learned new jutsus.
Meanwhile Hiramasu went to the Hokages office to make a notice.
After Hiramasu left Hiruzen sighed.
'No missions for over a month and a half.
The only other person who did such a performance was Orochimaru.
Luckily Hiramasu agreed to have them do D rank missions.'
*Sigh "Orochimaru…"
The next day after backbreaking morning training.
Although, the training doesn't feel so bad anymore as it felt in the beginning.
It hasn't gotten much better as every time they get adjusted to the current training, Hiramasu just makes the training harder.
But that also means that the trio has made massive progress.
On the team's way to the hokages building.
Yujiro had a moment of mischief.
"Haha, the daily training isn't getting any easier, even when we have endured it for over a month. At this rate we will still perform the same as we did on the first day."
While Hyori had a dark face due to the statement, Mujin took the opportunity to poke fun back at Hyori since he made fun of him due to his poor genjutsu abilities.
"Hey Hyori, are you ever going to get through the morning training without a nap?"
"I'm going to get through it when you can successfully get out of my genjutsu, in a short time."
Hyori, annoyed at Mujin, mercilessly poked at his weakness.
While the two of them were bantering Yujiro was looking at the two of them like someone looks at zoo animals.

Hiramasu did notice.

After they finally reached the hokages building, their bickering stopped.
When they reached the office of the hokage, Mujin and Hyori were extremely excited for their first mission.
While Yujiro had a sliver of hope he had already surrendered himself to D rank missions.
"Ah Hiramasu's squad. Let's see what kind of missions we have available."
After Hiruzen looked at the list on his hand for a moment, he picked up a scroll and opened it up.
After taking a look he nodded with a smile.
The look of anticipation on the faces of Mujin and Hyori grew, even Yujiro's anticipation started to grow.
"For our excellent Konoha ninjas, your first mission is."
After deliberately stretching the silence he uttered words that made all of Hiramasu's students freeze.
"Cleaning up trash from the Naka river"
Mujin's and Hyori's faces immediately fell.
Because Yujiro was already aware that newly graduated genins did D rank missions, he wasn't as devastated as the other two but even he was a bit disappointed.
Though the three of them were devastated, from the smiles of the two others in the room, you could see that it was a planned moment.
'Ah this is the reason I picked a smelly, long mission yesterday, after all the first mission has to be memorable.'
While Hiruzen was all smiles, Hiramasu wasn't very different.
'Hehe, it never gets old, that anticipation and the devastation that follows.'
After the two old men got enough of the trio's faces, Hiramasu beckoned the trio to start walking towards the Naka river.
When they arrived there, to the students' dismay, Hiramasu told the three of them to turn up their seal activity by 17% for Mujin, 10% for Yujiro and 3% for Hyori.
Coming to the total of 67% for Mujin, 44% for Yujiro and 16% for Hyori.
It's good to say that unlike Mujin, Hyori's seal was as good as Yujiro's.
After they spent the next 6 hours picking up trash in the river, they finally finished and we're going to the hokage building to collect their rewards.
After getting handed their rewards the three kids faces twitched.
'First we do all the work, and then he takes 40% of the reward.'
Yujiro grumbled in his thoughts.
"This is how the distribution in a normal team goes, the team leader gets 40% of the rewards while the rest are distributed equally among the rest. And while this changes when not in 4 people, the distribution is usually similar, the leader gets double compared to the rest.
So remember this when you go out on missions with other people in the future."
After he finished the explanation the three kids were dismissed.
