Santiago, also known as Santiago de Chile, is the capital and largest city of Chile as well as one of the largest cities in Americas.
But in this book, Santiago would be known as a city, having fictional components.

There is a city in South America known as Santiago de Chile or simply, Santiago.
This city is famous in South America.
It is very prosperous for it's rich minerals and trading activities. The city of Santiago seemed to flourish even more as it's citizens have an appeasing character of being kind and hospitable to foreigners and tourists.
One may say, the City might have a large population.
But maybe, that's because a lot of foreigners and tourists flood the city, every now and then.

But today, August 2nd, the population in this particular city seemed to increase and it was quite overwhelming.
Not to lie, the population was quite massive.
That's because, today which is August 2nd, is the day of the naming ceremony of the only son of the honourable Governor of the city of Santiago.....
Governor Leo.
Two weeks earlier before August 2nd, the Governor of Santiago, Governor Leo called for a grand ceremony.
The purpose for the ceremony, mainly about celebrating the birth of his son.
His son was only two months old at that time and would be completing three months on August 2nd.
The actual reason behind the ceremony was clearly to thank the heavens for giving the prestige Governor, a son after ten years of waiting.
The birth of the newly born son is a great joy to both Governor Leo and his wife and for this, they both planned to organize a ceremony when the child turns three months.
Not just only that, the son would also be given a name as regards to today being when he turns three months.
Looking at it in a way, the poor would actually call such a ceremony a high class social party or more like, a rich people ceremony.
Nevertheless, the ceremony which the Governor had organized was abundantly attended by a lot of high class socials.
Governors, Ministers, executives, CEOs of companies, commissioners,....you name it.

As early as 8:30am in the morning, a five_ star hotel in the city of Santiago was booming with an outstanding luxury.
Ribbons and flowers could be frequently seen in every area of the five star hotel.
Although, the name of the five_ star hotel is;
Lively Leo's Hotel.
Only the name itself carried luxury and without one being told, one could decipher that the hotel belongs to a big shot.
And to top it all, this luxurious five star hotel is owned by the prestige Governor, Governor Leo.
The lively Leo's Hotel seemed to act it's name as the whole hotel is actually lively.
Lots upon lots of hotel staffs moved from one place to another, each carrying either decorations or arranging chairs and tables for the guests of the ceremony.
All the hotel staff seemed to be in a hurry in order to meet up time or maybe for a different reason.
The grand ceremony would be taking place in the grand hall of the lively Leo's Hotel.
The grand hall is located in the sixth floor of the hotel and the hotel has a full total of ten floors.
The sixth floor is the largest and right there would be were the ceremony is gonna be taken place.
Who am I kidding?
The ceremony is already taking its roots in the grand hall of the sixth floor.

Hotel staffs seemed to have increased in numbers, when in the grand hall.
Every hotel staff busied themselves with either one thing or the other. No one seemed to be idle.
It wasn't long until when different high class social guests started arriving at the ceremony venue.
Each guest were either Governors, senators, ministers, executives, CEOs of companies,etc.
Some of these high class social guests, either men or women, were attending the ceremony with their wives and husbands while others with their girlfriends or just themselves and their subordinates.
Also, all over the hotel were security guards which were assigned to ensure the security and safety of the high class social guests and to stop filthy commoners from entering the Governor's ceremony venue.
At exactly 11am, the Governor's Grand Ceremony started with a humble toast.
At the sixth floor,( in the grand hall), different guests were already seated and having the provided drinks and wine.
Hotel staffs moved around frequently, carrying trays which contained glasses of wine.
Some attending to the guests by handing a glass of wine over to them while some, leaving the hall with empty trays.
Mind you, a soft music is playing in the background. Possibly soothing the nerves of the guests and bringing in, the air of an awesome ceremony.

Also, right in the grand hall,(at the sixth floor), there is a long table at the right side of the hall.
The long table is covered with a long red classic fabric that had golden lines at it's edges.
And on the table were tons of rich food and delicacies that would make a commoners mouth water, even a dessert wasn't left out.
Cakes, cookies, strawberries, pancakes, blueberries, etc, were all on the table.
As said earlier, at exactly 11am, a tall man mounts the podium present in the grand hall.
The man is approximately 5ft tall if not actually 6ft. He's tall with an average given handsomeness, hardened features and a well scuplted jaw that held some little beards on it.
He had black hair and normal human eyes of black and white.
As expected of an MC or more like a speaker like him, he had a smile on his face.
There is a tag on his suit, easily showcasing that, he is a CEO of a company.
The man mounts the podium and walks majestically like a man with status and luxury clearly written on him.
He walks up to the standing microphone on the podium. All eyes falls on him as the guests were taking in his appearance and expecting him to start the ceremony.
Moving over to the microphone, he clears his throat on the microphone, allowing the sound to get the utmost attention of the high class social guests.
"Good morning to you all, ladies and..... gentlemen. I, standing before you, I am known as Logger Smith. The CEO of Bright Group Company. It is an utmost honour to start such a great and grand ceremony of the honourable Governor of Santiago. Ladies and gentlemen, let's give a warm applause to Governor Leo for hosting such a great ceremony".
The tall man, having introduced himself as Logger Smith, started off and getting a warm applaud in return.
As every of the high class social guests clap their hands with smiles on their faces, Logger Smith couldn't help but smile also.
Once the warm applause ended, it gave Mr Smith the ticket card to continue.
"As you all know, today is a great day for the Robert family. That's mainly because.... Governor Leo would be naming his first son and ever child. ... That for him, is a dream come true and as friends and families of him, we have all come here to celebrate with him. Please, let's give a humble toast to that".
Mr Smith is immediately handed a glass of wine by a hotel staff who had stepped into the podium.
The other guests each took out a glass of wine, each guest were raising their glass of wine up and waiting for Mr Smith to give a go ahead.
Mr Smith raised his glass of wine up, ready to give a toast to the naming ceremony of the Governor's son.
"Ladies and gentlemen. Let's give a toast to open this grand ceremony.... cheers!!"
Mr Smith raised his glass up and drank it's contents. The other guests did the same as 'cheers' echoed through the whole grand hall.
