WHAT IS A 'VIRTUE'?
In simple terms, 'Virtues' are the materialisation and manifestation of ideals and beliefs into physical or spiritual power through sheer will. Everyone has a Virtue 'Gift' dormant inside them, but only a few can unlock the abilities offered by this power.
For Kinsmen, their first Virtue Gift is usually in accordance with the Virtue of their Clan. (Example: the Dolly Clan believes in possessing dominion over all, hence their Virtue, and in turn, Gifts, corresponding with the widespread belief.)
HOW DOES ONE OBTAIN A VIRTUE?
A person can only 'unlock' their Gift through possessing sheer will, resolve and purposefulness that bends concepts and reason, and forces their vision and self to become reality. Only an individual unapologetic and willing to become a catalyst that shatters science and tips the scales to change both the nature of the world and what it means to be human can attain a true Gift.

HOW TO PROPERLY USE RANKINGS:
A Dolly Kinsmen unlocks their Dominion Virtue Gift, meaning they are now a Monarch-level Sovereign.
If they go further and manage to unlock (not master) another Gift, let's say from Thrago Clan's Virtue of Power, they are considered to be an 'Absolute Sovereign'. The 'Sovereign' part of the title will always remain even when they become Crown (which then it would be 'Sovereign Crown' or 'Crown Sovereign'), as a mark of their Clan and origins, though it can be silent or removed completely if the individual wishes or denounces their clan, to which then they would just be called 'Absolute', 'Monarch' or 'Crown'.
