"Are you that happy?" seeing him laughing heartily like that, Sonia couldn't help but ask puzzlingly, not understanding why that should be the case.
Liam's laughter disappeared, but the smile on his face didn't vanish at all. Looking at her pretty face, he couldn't help but pull her for a hug without saying a single word. That lasted for a minute or so before he reluctantly part.
"I am happy. I will not disappoint you," he promised as he held her hand again, before starting to walk as he led her.
A shy smile appeared on her face after the unexpected hug that took her by surprise. She was used to being the initiator. It felt surreal and the feeling was truly …. She wanted to feel it always.
"I will be looking forward to it. So, when is this concert?" she asked with a calm tone. She was someone who quickly masked her emotions. How could she remain flustered forever?
