Two weeks later, in the morning, Xavi sat on his bed while feeding the boys who couldn't stop blabbering about everything and nothing at the same time.
"Hi boys," Josephine said in her calm, soothing voice as she lay on the bed beside them, her eyes filled with warmth.
"They can't stop blabbering all day," Xavi said as he yawned. He was hungry, and Josephine had made food for him. As he ate quietly, small fingers crawled closer.
"Mama!" Vaedor said as he crawled toward Josephine.
She smiled and kissed his tiny nose.
"Wawwww," he said in excitement.
Xavi laughed at his son, his heart full.
Meanwhile, on Mount Zephyron, Novara was training with the Guardians. Rain poured heavily as she stood in the air, meditating. Her body grew bigger, towering like a giant, and she roared across the sky, Bluey roaring beside her. Far away, Josephine and Xavi heard the sound and smiled proudly, knowing exactly who it was.
At Adris' castle, Basil stepped outside and saw the flower Novara had given him on his birthday—a gift from her heart. The flower grew taller day by day, not because he watered it, but because her love for him grew stronger every single day. On her birthday, he gave her a black diamond necklace, and she accepted it with shining eyes.
"Happy Birthday, my love," Xavi said as he kissed Josephine's forehead.
"Thank you, baby," she whispered softly. He smiled at her.
"Happy Birthday, Mama," Novara, Orion, and Opehlia said together. Josephine hugged them all tightly during the birthday picnic.
Adris and Carliet walked in, holding a box.
"Happy Birthday, Mama," Adris said as he kissed her cheeks.
"Thank you, sweetie. Here is your gift," he said, while Carliet moved shyly forward.
Xavi took a look as Josephine held a small pink baby jumpsuit. She gasped.
"Really!!!?" Josephine said in shock and joy as Carliet nodded.
"Carl is five months pregnant," Adris said proudly.
"Congratulations, my boy," Xavi said as he hugged his son.
Josephine hugged Carliet tightly. "I am gonna be a Grandma!!" she said happily.
"We gonna be Grandparents!" she said again, laughing, as Xavi chuckled and kissed her forehead.
"Where are the boys?" Adris asked.
"Asleep. It was hard putting those two to sleep. Kaelric and Vaedor are troublemakers like you," Xavi said teasingly.
"Ouch, Dad," Adris said in mock offense.
Josephine giggled, and Carliet smiled. "Oh, he's not that bad," she said.
"Well, while you were in a coma, he was eight, and this boy decided to pull the biggest prank on all the kingdoms," Xavi said.
Josephine giggled even more.
"Best birthday gift ever."
Days passed, and both Xavi and Josephine stayed together, side by side, through thick and thin, their love growing stronger than ever. On their wedding anniversary, Xavi took her to the mountains, to a small cottage he had built for them both, a place to rest and have a peaceful day. The twins were one year old, both blabbering endlessly, and they loved their mother so much. They held her gown whenever she worked or moved around.
Novara stopped going home; her training became intense. Xavi never saw her—only Josephine did.
"Your papa misses you a lot, Nova baby," Josephine said gently.
"I miss Papa so much too," Novara said while crying.
"It's okay, love. Hm?" Josephine said softly.
Orion and Opehlia and their gang, The Silent Reapers, Venom Gang, both twins ruled with an iron grip. Nadia and Orion separated, but they still loved each other deeply. Nadia's father died, but her brothers and mother were alive, and they knew about her marriage being fixed with Orion.
Xavi's family stood together as everyone posed for a picture. Xavi looked at it and smiled.
"My family," he said.
Twelve years later…
Josephine stood by the huge family picture, a gentle smile on her face.
"MAMA!!!" a voice called out.
It was her sons—the twins, Vaedor and Kaelric. Both hugged her tightly. They were eleven years old now. Xavi and Xoni were fifty-five years old, and Josephine was fifty-one. She and Xavi were still glowing, still strong, stronger than ever.
Orion and Opehlia were twenty-five. Adris was thirty-two, and Novara was eighteen. She lived in Zephyria but still trained on the mountains.
Xavi had gone to war three years ago and hadn't returned, but he wrote to Josephine and his family. King Hendrick died while fighting for his kingdom. Sophina couldn't bear the pain of her husband's death, and just two months later, she died too. Josephine, Therodora, Theron, Noah, Anesthesia, and Oliver were all in the deepest pain of losing both parents. Josephine made them all see their parents before their souls went to the heavens.
Josephine was scared that Xavi might die during the war—but he was King Xavi Roman, the Greatest King of Kings, the ruler of all kingdoms. All bowed at his feet.
Adris was planning a surprise for his mother.
"Grandma will like this one!" his daughter said. Princess Liora.
Adris had four kids: Liora, a dark witch; Meris, half werewolf, half vampire; Fiero, a sea witch; and Dash, half vampire, half sea wizard. Dash was one year old. Josephine named Liora and Fiero.
Orion was extremely heartbroken by his separation from Nadia. Josephine already had a plan as the family were on their way to Zephyria.
"Your Majesty, we won. We can go home now, and your family is in Zephyria," a guard said.
The gang nodded. The man smiled.
"All pack, and we leave immediately," he said.
"Yes, Your Majesty," they all said, bowing down.
"Are you ready?" Seliora asked the girl.
"Yes. Mama will be so happy," she said as she got into the carriage, and they left.
