Chapter 253 - Chapter 253: Sealing Yogg-Saron

However, he was not one to give up easily.

He reached out and patted Dubrakan on the head, injecting Soul Energy into his body, solidifying his form.

With the replenishment of Soul Energy, Dubrakan immediately felt much bolder, no longer trembling when he walked, and stood up straight, looking a bit like a loa.

Soon, Yogg-Saron's cage appeared before everyone.

A group of Faceless Ones waited there, and among them was a Female Vrykul.

"Stop! You are making a huge mistake!"

Gale asked playfully, "What huge mistake?"

The Female Vrykul said, "Time has arranged everything; you should not be here."

"Time is just a cage!" Gale said cryptically.

The Female Vrykul was stunned; she hadn't expected Gale to say such a thing.

Seizing the opportunity, Gale raised his eternal spear, summoned the Rainbow Bridge, and pierced her chest.

"Ah—"

The Female Vrykul disintegrated with a scream, and from the huge cage behind her, a monstrous creature emerged.

It had countless mouths, and even the smallest mouth could swallow the entire team.

"What… have you done?"

"Killed you, of course! Yogg-Saron!"

Gale said coldly.

Yogg-Saron's massive body trembled, seemingly in a rage.

Dubrakan trembled again; he regretted it.

If he had known Yogg-Saron was so enormous, he wouldn't have followed even if he was killed.

The six-person team was also incredibly surprised; this Yogg-Saron was as large as a city, truly astonishing.

If their consciousness hadn't been strengthened, they probably wouldn't even have the courage to raise their weapons.

They greatly admired Gale; Gale hadn't strengthened his consciousness, yet he acted even tougher than they did, truly a divine person!

In reality, Gale relied on the Soul Gem to be immune to Yogg-Saron's might.

Seeing Gale dare to insult their master, the Faceless Ones immediately charged towards the group, wanting to eliminate these enemies for their master.

However, they overestimated themselves.

The six-person team could handle them without Gale even needing to act.

Adal cast first, freezing the Faceless Ones.

Metri's spell followed, Fireball smashing onto the ice, shattering the Faceless Ones into pieces.

The three melee combatants charged, but could only go to clean up the battlefield.

Draksa unhappily glanced at the two mages, then reluctantly turned his gaze to Yogg-Saron.

Such a behemoth, they, as melee combatants, couldn't even get close enough to strike!

Fortunately, Yogg-Saron didn't disappoint them.

It shook its entire body, summoning a group of Faceless Ones, some of whom appeared near Gale and the three mages.

Sethonis frantically used Flash, hiding within the War Golem.

The War Golem activated immediately, throwing Sea Monster Killers to clear out the surrounding Faceless Ones.

Metri and Adal also used Flash, appearing near Draksa and the other two.

They used the three melee combatants as a shield, calmly casting spells at their surroundings.

Seeing Gale motionless, the Faceless Ones immediately attacked him.

"Boom—"

A lightning net spread out, instantly clearing the Faceless Ones around him.

Gale threw Mjolnir, and the Miao Miao Hammer arced, carrying powerful lightning, piercing through one Faceless One after another.

He raised his eternal spear, summoning the Rainbow Bridge to attack Yogg-Saron.

Yogg-Saron's body was covered in wounds under the Rainbow Bridge's attack.

However, the wounds healed as soon as they appeared, so it didn't look particularly gruesome.

Instead, Yogg-Saron summoned two thick tentacles, smashing them towards Gale.

Clearly, it wanted to eliminate Gale as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, Gale was not so easily dealt with.

Before the tentacles struck, Gale flashed to another spot, continuing his assault on Yogg-Saron.

With one side unable to hit and the other possessing extremely strong recovery, the battle quickly fell into a stalemate.

Gale multitasked, controlling Mjolnir to kill Faceless Ones, fighting Yogg-Saron, and observing the situation in the underground palace.

Yogg-Saron also multitasked, directing its tentacles to attack Gale, summoning Faceless Ones to tie down the six-person team and Dubrakan, and trying to figure out how to resolve the current crisis.

Old Gods are not bound by time; he possesses the ability to observe the past and future.

This ability allowed him to understand his destiny: he would be killed by a group of mortals ten thousand years later.

This was his fate!

At the same time, for a period after his death, people had always tried to resurrect him, and they even succeeded.

This was also his fate!

Therefore, he was not afraid of death.

He firmly believed that he could be resurrected after death and would live until the end of time, witnessing the destruction of everything.

But he feared his fate being broken, and Gale was the one who would break his fate.

He had already foreseen that Gale would re-seal him with a hammer, and then, using some unknown method, erase him from this world.

Not death, but erasure! Erasing all traces of his existence!

As an intelligent life form, how could Yogg-Saron not be terrified?

He could calmly accept death, and thus be unable to resurrect, because even then, people would still speak his name.

But to be erased from reality meant that he would completely disappear, and no one would remember his name.

He kept staring at Mjolnir; could this be the hammer?

Thinking of this, he had a bold idea.

Countless tentacles were summoned, reaching out to grab Mjolnir.

Mjolnir dodged many tentacles, but was still caught by the endless barrage.

Yogg-Saron immediately became excited, but the next second his expression changed.

The tentacles did indeed grab Mjolnir, but Mjolnir fell to the ground, and no matter how the tentacles tried, they couldn't lift it.

Gale smiled, "You fell for it, Yogg-Saron!"

He violently swung his eternal spear, and the Rainbow Bridge cut all the tentacles in half.

After losing many tentacles, Yogg-Saron's strength immediately plummeted.

It looked at Gale, and an infinite amount of Shadow Power blasted towards Gale.

It wanted to forcibly inject Shadow Power into Gale's body, turning him into its puppet.

However, Gale took out Aggramar's Shield, and after infusing it with the Holy Light within his body, Aggramar's Shield erupted with powerful protective energy, firmly blocking the Shadow Power.

"Protect us!"

Metri shouted, then he and Adal used the pillars of creation to attack Yogg-Saron.

Sethonis also immediately dispatched the War Golem, unleashing a volley of fire at Yogg-Saron.

Sea Monster Killers pierced into Yogg-Saron's body, but caused it no damage whatsoever.

Yogg-Saron was distracted defending against the pillars of creation's attack, continuing to infuse Shadow Power into Gale.

Gale slammed his eternal spear into the ground, and seven divine powers erupted, instantly scattering the Shadow Power.

He picked up his eternal spear and shot it towards Yogg-Saron.

"Ow—"

Yogg-Saron suffered a heavy blow, letting out a huge scream.

Gale seized the opportunity to flash onto Yogg-Saron's head, and the hammer of Kaz'goroth appeared in his hand.

He made a striking motion towards Yogg-Saron.

Powerful Titan energy sealed the space.

Gale struck again with his hammer, and the cracks on the cage rapidly closed, firmly restraining Yogg-Saron.

Gale struck with his hammer once more, and magical light glowed on the cage, gradually lulling Yogg-Saron into slumber.

"No—"

Yogg-Saron roared internally, not wanting to lose consciousness.

Because he knew that once he lost consciousness, he would disappear from this world.
