Chapter 12 - Chapter 12

Moto luckily grabbed the sword, and thank God because he was dragged and fell into an open arena. His first instinct was to swing it, and he injured something that would've probably put him out of business. Looking around, this arena was a dark place lit up by purple candles and skulls hanging on each corner. What the hell was this place? Moto thought, looking around for the monster. Then in the corner of his eye, something formed from the shadows, and it looked like a human being, but the skin was too white and pale and had a big hole in its chest, but no blood was coming out. It had white demon horns, short and stubby, and had a blue robe hanging down to its feet. Moto started and was shocked as he heard Marco calling his name from the outside.

Moto looked around for any way to defend himself, then the thing started blasting at him, and he tried to use his force, but his head got cut off. He could see in slow motion it holding a sword bigger than a tree ready to decapitate him, but then it got knocked back. Marco had dug in the ground to save him. The thing looked at them with anger and stood there motionless. "Oh, you're only missing a hand; Wolf Fangs heal his hand." Then Wolf Fangs appeared, full bodies being a bit see-through and purple. It grabbed Moto's dismembered hand and placed it where it belonged, and using a bit of magic, it was back together.

Moto thanked the Lord and for becoming friends with Marco. Moto then watched as the two faced off. Marco ran to him, trying to use Wolf Fang's hand to hit him, but the thing dodged and then, in a blink of an eye, pushed Marco to a wall. Then Moto could only watch Marco get punched multiple times as the thing did it at the speed of light. It didn't talk the entire time, and then the thing threw Marco on Moto. "Damn, I knew we should've stayed home or picked an easy one. Now we're going to die," Moto said madly.

"This is not the time right now!!!" Marco said, trying to remain calm. But they both know it was more powerful than them. Moto drew the black sword he still had and swung, but it cut off the thing's arm. It really went that fast. "I can't even measure his speed." Marco said, but then it hit him, and his eyes widened in shock. "I wish it was a myth, but it isn't. It has been said that when the Devil was in hell, he made these traps that are literally impossible to escape from. Nobody is able to win, and you can never tell these traps evolved over the years." Moto looked down bitterly. "Always fucking Satan"

Then Marco pulled something from his pocket: a small jar of sand. He then littered the sand on the ground, which grew into a big sand pit. "What the hell is that?" Moto asked. Marcos's eyes widen, but it was too late; it had sliced the back part of Moto's neck, and he was dead. Blood gushed, and he looked in shock, then it kicked him to the wall. This destroyed Marcos's lungs, and he would die of hypoxemia. It would be a painful and slow death, and Wolf Fangs was slowly fading. He knew Wolf Fangs would disappear and die, and Marco would soon be holding his friend.

He knew his last request had to be special. He asked it to grab the black sword, and once it did, he closed his eyes and jabbed it randomly, and it hit the demons next. Then Marco and Moto's corpse got pushed back and landed near the sand. Marco rolled him and Moto in, and the sand buried itself. Tears started to swell in Marcos's eyes as he thinks about dying like this, slowly and painfully, holding his friend's corpse in his hands. Then he closed his eyes, and he was dead.
