Chapter 209 - 209: Vidofnir!

The massive underground shipyard glowed under the bright lights. This place was one of Kyl's most guarded secrets, a space so large it could easily fit several Marine warships at once. In the middle of the floor, a giant object lay hidden under a heavy tarp, silent and mysterious.

Kyl stood in front of the tarp with his core crew members. Men like Mihawk and Crocodile, who had just survived the brutal "Hellish Team Building" sessions, were still covered in bandages. Despite their injuries, they couldn't take their eyes off the massive shape in front of them.

"Gehehehehe! Boss, what are you planning this time? Why all the mystery?" Moriah asked, poking at the tarp with curiosity.

Crocodile stared at the enormous outline with a look of pure shock. He told Moriah to just watch quietly. He couldn't imagine what kind of ship would need such a giant shipyard or the skills of the legendary shipwright Tom to modify it. Tesoro and Doflamingo also looked serious. They could feel that whatever was behind that cover was something truly extraordinary.

Robin stood next to Kyl, her eyes bright with intelligence as if she had already figured out the secret. Meanwhile, Eneru floated in the air with his arms crossed, looking down at everyone with a proud smirk.

"You mortals are about to witness a masterpiece that uses my divine power! Yahahahaha!" Eneru laughed.

Uncle Tom cleared his throat and stepped to the front of the group. He looked like an artist about to show off his greatest work.

"Listen up, everyone!" Tom's voice was loud and filled with pride. "Over the last few months, with help from my apprentices and Mr. Eneru, we have completely rebuilt the 'Flying Ark' that Lord Kyl brought back! We used the world's strongest wood, the Treasure Tree 'Adam,' for the keel. The hull also uses a special memory alloy from Mr. Tesoro that can stop almost any cannon fire! The ship's engine is powered by Mr. Eneru's infinite lightning. My conversion device uses that power to push this ship through the sky at speeds you can't even imagine! We also added a hundred laser cannons and high-tech weapons from Dr. Vegapunk's newest research. This ship has enough power to wipe an island off the map in a second!"

Tom got more excited as he spoke, waving his arms around. "It isn't just a ship anymore! It is a flying fortress! It is a true Sky-Air Battleship that is years ahead of this era!"

Everyone gasped at Tom's words. A flying battleship? Infinite energy? A hundred laser cannons? They didn't understand all the science, but they were terrified by the potential. They finally realized what kind of weapon Kyl had been building in secret over the last few years.

"Now, it's time to see the miracle!" Tom said. He walked over and grabbed a corner of the tarp, looking back at Kyl for the signal. Kyl nodded firmly.

"Do it, Tom! Show them our new home!" Kyl commanded.

"You got it, Captain!" Tom roared as he pulled the giant tarp away.

The crew held their breath. A massive ship, larger than anything they had ever seen, appeared before them. The hull was sleek and jet black, looking like it could swallow all the light in the room. Dark gold patterns were painted across the sides, shimmering under the shipyard lights.

Instead of a normal ram at the front, the bow featured a terrifying black dragon head made of sharp blades. Its mouth was open, revealing deep muzzles that pulsed with dangerous energy. The deck was covered in futuristic buildings and gun turrets that looked both beautiful and deadly. The most amazing part was the dozens of circular thrusters on the sides and bottom. Even though they were off, the crew could imagine the lightning shooting out of them to lift the beast into the sky. It was a metal monster waiting to wake up.

"This… this is just too much…" Moriah's jaw dropped in disbelief.

"Fufufufu! This is a work of art!" Doflamingo said, his eyes glowing with greed.

Crocodile was so stunned that his cigar fell out of his mouth and hit the floor. He looked at the ship and thought about the Ancient Weapons he used to chase. Suddenly, those old legends didn't seem so impressive anymore.

"Uncle Tom," Robin whispered, "you've built a real monster."

Tom smiled with pride as he watched their shocked faces. He walked over to Kyl and bowed deeply. "Captain, she has the strongest body and the strongest heart. Now, please give her a name and a soul!"

Kyl walked forward slowly and touched the cold metal hull. He felt like the ship was breathing beneath his hand. He looked at his crew—Mihawk, Crocodile, Moriah, Tesoro, Doflamingo, Robin, Eneru, and Tom. Everyone was excited and ready. A huge wave of ambition filled Kyl's chest. This was his ship, his crew, and his family. This was the tool he would use to change the world.

He remembered the myths of a divine eagle that sat at the top of the World Tree, watching everything until the end of time. He took a deep breath and turned to face his companions. His voice wasn't loud, but everyone heard him clearly.

Kyl smiled a bold, confident smile. "From today on, this ship will be known as the Vidofnir! We will ride the Wind of Withering and spread it across the whole world!"

"The Vidofnir!" the crew cheered.

Eneru was the first to react, flipping through the air as sparks flew from his body. Moriah and Doflamingo laughed their strange, high-pitched laughs. Crocodile and Tesoro looked on with eyes full of hunger for power. Even Mihawk felt his blood pump faster as he placed a hand over his heart. Tom and his workers were moved to tears, shouting the name over and over until the shipyard echoed with the sound.

Kyl stood at the front of the ship, opening his arms to the cheers of his crew. He looked at the giant vessel that would carry them on their journey. In his mind, he could already see the flag of the World Government being torn to pieces by the wind they were about to create.
