Upon hearing the request, the Katsuyu clone immediately burrowed into Ryōsuke's clothes.
Ryōsuke didn't refuse her, understanding Tsunade's concerns.
With Katsuyu maintaining the connection, she wouldn't have to worry about that masked man, Obito, coming to the Leaf Village to cause destruction.

The Land of Water was located to the east of the Land of Fire, separated by a vast ocean with the small Land of Waves in between.
The Land of Water was an island nation composed of several islands, with the central one being quite large. Therefore, Ryōsuke had to take a boat to get there.
He spent a few days traveling to a port on the eastern edge of the Land of Fire. He looked for a passenger ship heading to the Land of Water, but couldn't find a single one.
There were no passenger vessels; the only ship heading that way was a cargo vessel transporting supplies.
The captain of the ship looked at him with confusion and asked.
"Young man, why do you want to go to that hellhole? The Land of Water isn't stable like the Land of Fire."
"The political situation there is in total chaos. Even ninjas can't find peace there. For the sake of your own life, you should just forget about it."
