Grace's POV
"Are you searching for someone, Mr. Benjamin?" I asked, letting a playful smile tug at my lips. I couldn't resist teasing Carlos, fully aware of how desperately he must have been trying to locate me.
Carlos drew in a sharp breath, his eyes drinking in my appearance as I sat beside him. Just one week had passed, yet it stretched like an eternity for him, and I could see his restraint wavering as he fought the urge to claim my mouth, trace his hands along my curves, and bury himself deep inside me.
The hunger in his gaze was so intense that I watched him nearly lose control, almost leaning in to kiss me right there.
I glanced at Carlos, noting how his body tensed immediately. My eyes drifted downward, and my grin widened. "Mr. Benjamin, we're in a public space," I said, leaning closer until my breath tickled his ear. "You're not expecting me to take care of you here, are you?"
