Chapter 36 - Magics and a note

I reaised i forgot about my book so i'm just gonna post some magics that I Made. i have a bunch of ideas, characters, concepts write on my computer but i kinda need to fix some tweeks so if i rememeber again i'll probably post atleast two origin gods and 1 other god i made.

Uhh i've gotta introduce a realm if i want its magic to be comprehendble.

Name: The crimson abyss

Type: Sentient realm

Nature: Evil, sinister, Malicious. Strangely obsessed with devouring earth.

Goal: Become everything (the universe), through assimilating.

Characteristics

-It can think, speak, and plan. (but only does so for earth)

-Has poor intelligence: Easily distracted, Literal minded, overconfident.

-Can be tricked or stalled with simple logic or distractions.

-Will only try to plan or listen to earth any other planet is brute forced. Rift -> corrupt -> assimilate.

Abilities (Within the real/domain)

Nigh omnipotence

Nigh omnipresent

Near instant corruption and assimilation

Creation of red echoes (Twisted copies of the original that was assimilated)

(Within avaters/outside its domain)

Crimson magic

Red echo summoning

Near invulnerability

Flight

--okay now the magic (also i wrote these in wordpad and copy and paste so thats why it may be cramped)

Name: Crimson magic

Type: Innate and Contract

Origin: Crimson Abyss

Fuel: Crimson mana;

Formed form corrupted creatures turned into energy rather than being assimilated.

For; Innates (Avaters & Red echoes)

Simply pull from the abyss without limit.

 Contractors;

Corrupt an individual or object and offer it to the abyss to recieve an equivalent amount of crimson mana.

Magic capabilities;

A) Body enhancements

-Scales with amount of mana used and how much the body can handle the manas corrupting effects.

B) Corruption & Assimilation

-Through a Mana touch or a crimson beam corrupt a target, speed of corruption based on: Power difference and the targets resistance.

Corruption induces the following effects: Insanity, Anger, delusions and vulnerability to assimilation.

-Corrupted targets can be;

1.Fully controlled

2.Assimilated to increase personal strenght

C) Construct creation

-Crimson whips, blades, spikes, shields, armour. Constructs can act semi autonomously if injected with enough mana.

D) Crimson Telekinesis

-Envelop a target with crimson mana and manipulate the mana to move the object.

E) Portal creation

-Through the contract link, create a portal to the Crimson abyss and travel to anyplace the abyss has visited.

Risks

-The mana corrupts both the target and the user. Return to the abyss to be purified or find someone with strong enough divinity to purify you. (Blessed, demi gods, gods, archbishops)

---Another magic

Name: Forbidden language (Language of the gods)

Type: Innate

Origin: Original gods

Fuel: Mental will;

A mix of focus, determination, Willpower and other internal energies that form mental will.

Magic capabilities;

The user speakes the prime language of the gods and deities alike. Every word sounds like gibberish to outsiders, but every word allows for the user to command reality. The deciding factor on wether you can command something is based on if you are superior to it in any meaningful or relevant way. Example: divine lineage, Status, sheer will power, or personal strengh

1.Command reality

Every sentence is a direct instruction to the world, elements or mana.

-Example of simple commands: Freeze, move, stop.

-Users can input multiple commands into a single word or phrase forming a spell. These words trigger multiple effects simultaneously and automatically reducing mental will usage, execution time, precision and contentration needed.

-Fluency reduces cost

Risks

Mispronunciation can result in two outcomes;

1. Spell faliure -The spell just doesn't work

2. Backfire -The spells effects are applied to the caster exactly as intended for the target.

---------------Another magic

Name: Spellbook magic

Type: Relic

Origin: Origin gods: Creative Dreamer

Fuel: Mana;

Every being is born with a minimun of 200 mana, high liniages or races can have a maximun of 1000 mana.

Magic capabilities;

The user writes how a spell works, its effects, and its trigger word. and the book will make it happen with the cost of the users mana.

1. Spell Creation and manifestation 

Allows creation of spells by writing: Mechanism, Effect, and trigger word. The written explaination determines the spells mana ceiling. (How much mana the spell can safely take).

-The more mana used for a spell increases its power, up to its mana ceiling.

-Trigger words like fireball makes the grimoire flip to the page it was written and cast the spell, if it is within 1 meter.

Risks;

Overloading a spell beyond its ceiling causes backlash in the form of miss fire or spell destruction.

Anyone can learn this magic, if they can find a spellbook. They are tyically empty but one can get one with spells already in it (inherited)

-------------------------------THE ORIGINAL GODS-----------------------------(Ranked by strength)

1. Creative dreamer- God of Imagination, creativity, Dreams and creation.

2/3. Deadly existence- God of Existence, Presence, Death and destruction.

3/2.Paradoxical Void- God of Void, nothing, inexistence, comprehension and incomprehensibility.

4.Omniscient improbability- God of Knowledge, Potential, Improbability and immposibility.

5. Charming fate- God of Time, fate, luck and probablility.

6. Spectrum- God of colours: Light, dark, etc and perception.

2/3 and 3/2 means that they are interchangeable in their ranking. Pretty equal in power and authority.
