Karathra began to speak. "The usual way for anyone to build and raise power, apart from divine power, essence, or legacy, is to make a deal with entities or just get their hands on a good relic."
Out of everything she said, the only thing that Galthor could rest on was relics. "Tell me about them."
"Relics are things, usually instruments with their own innate powers, that are formed from condensed leftover energy in a place. Those instruments have been long imbued, and thus, they gain powers that are unique to them.
"Some are even strong enough to gain consciousness of their own."
Galthor nodded after a while. "And I suppose to get one, we need to head into the Abyssal Land?"
"Well, not usually. Relics are ranked based on power and strength, from Trinket to Godwrought. Trinket, Enchanted, Warded, Exalted, Sanctified, Runeborn, Eternal, Mythborn, and Godwrought relics. Those are the types that we have.
