Chandra's carriage stopped in front of Wayne's mansion,the air there was calm as if hiding a storm that was coming.She stood there for a while before walking in to the mansion straight for Charlie's chambers.
Chandra stood looking at Charlie who sat there looking at for over two minutes since she walked in.
"It's been a long while,dear friend"Charlie drawled after the mintues of silence.
"Am surprised as well"Chandra replied sitting down on one of the sofas.
"I can see that you have grown wings"Charlie said remembering that Chandra used to cower anytime she gazed at her like that.
Chandra chuckled at what Charlie said
"Charlie you summoned my presence"Chandra said not wanting waste anymore time.
"Chandra dear,i will ask you this once so answer thoughtfully"Charlie said walking round the sofa she sitting on in a predatory steps.
"Leave prince Xandros for me and be alive or choose prince Xandros and see what happens to a stubborn fowl"Charlie said.Chandra couldn't believe what she was hearing, Charlie summoned her only to threaten her life, when did she even turn to this beast.
"Charlie, you know.... when you invited me over i thought that maybe you have rethink what you did but no i was wrong,and i am stupid for rejoicing too soon"Chandra said as she turned to exit the room.
"I know you will...now choose!"Charlie said

"Good...cause i have confidently choosed to do what's on my mind "Charlie said her voice filled with venom.On hearing this Chandra took to her heels only to be blocked by Charlie's minions.
"Get the tools "Charlie ordered her minions."And tie to that seat "She said pointing at the seat.
The door opened and two of the guards walked in with a sharp dagger in hand it edges glowing under soft glow of the chandlier light.
"What is the meaning of this?"Chandra asked as the fear of what is coming begins to rise in her heart.
"It is called....the process of losing your sight"Charlie said with a smirk on her lips.she heated the dagger saying
"I don't want you getting infected it has been used on so many people"
"Now be a good girl and endure it,it will only take a while before am done."Charlie said cruelly.
"Charlie please.. don't do this please....i will leave the prince "Chandra begged
"Too late,Love... weren't you all confident just now "Charlie said.
"I don't wanna make a mistake,the prince might still come for you if you rejects him...And to prevent that from happening,i will take one of your beauty as a lady."Charlie said.
" Charlie please..Arrrggghhh!!!!"Chandra shouted in as Charlie ruthlessly stabbed her in the left eye.
"And this is the sound of victory....mmm"Charlie said
"Charlie...."Chandra called in between clenched teeth as pain gripped her whole body clinging to her body like her second skin.
Charlie did the same to the right eye leaving her completely blind.
"I wish you have eyes to see what it looks like to have two eyeballs in your plate but you don't, i can only pray that God restore your sight."Charlie said.
"Do her a favor by taking her to her parents house, that's the least i can do for my blind friend.Now let's wait for the good news."she said the last part under her breath as she turned and left the room humming happily as she walked down the hall way.
Days after Charlie's wedding to the prince,she went to wallory's house.
"Long live your Majesty"Marianne hailed
"I am here to compasate your daughter,i heard that she is blind,it was very painful for me as her friend, and after much thoughts i came to the conclusion that Chandra will be my personal seer.That is all i can do for my friend"Charlie said shocking Marianne.
"No your Majesty,you don't have to compasate us"Marianne said.

Through out the exchange Chandra didn't say word.She was hurled into the carriage and from then lived under the reign of Charlie even when her parents died she wasn't allowed to visit their grave.
