After Hagrid was sent away by Kayson, the entire office finally quieted down once more.
Cedric, under Kayson's training and guidance, gradually grew accustomed to the two mechanical arms behind him.
From basic commands to precise mechanical arm operations, Kayson created a comprehensive learning guide for him.
Until today.
Kayson sat up from his bed in a daze, glancing at the alarm clock. He was already at least forty minutes late for his first class.
But he wasn't afraid, because today was Sunday.
He sat up from bed, poured a glass of whiskey into an ice cup, swished it in his mouth, and then spat it into a nearby flowerpot.
Then he picked up a crystal ball from the table and tapped it. Soon, Cedric arrived at his office.
"I suddenly realized something," Kayson began.
"What?" Cedric asked, confused.
"That day I installed mechanical arms for you, remember? Harry had some minor emotions then." Kayson said, pulling out something like a motive backpack from a corner by his office desk.
"Yes, I could feel it very clearly... To be honest, I even saw the sparkle in Harry's eyes."
"So, do you need me to find Harry and let you two... explain to each other?" Cedric probed.
"Of course not. The person who needs to make Harry stop being jealous isn't me, it's you. As Hogwarts Champions... don't mind the so-called trophy. You just need to know that no matter which of you wins..."
"...that glory belongs to Hogwarts. Of course, the premise is that you two cannot fight among yourselves." Kayson said, handing the backpack to Cedric: "And this is the gift you are going to give him."
"Professor, I think he might also have some... emotions towards you," Cedric said, somewhat at a loss.
"That's wrong. Harry's character is far, far, far more noble and righteous than you think," Kayson said, patting Cedric's shoulder.
"Then you don't need it, Professor?" Cedric asked.
"Hurry up and go," Kayson suddenly said with a stern face.
"Alright, Professor!" Cedric quickly scurried away.
Meanwhile, Harry was in the Forbidden Forest, undergoing a double special training from Lupin and Sirius.
The main focus was on training large-scale destructive and lethal magic spells unrelated to emotions.
This was thanks to the House of Black's extensive collection of books.
For example, the pure elemental magic and force field magic that were hidden away in the House of Black's collection, which no one usually bothered to look at, or various variations of Transfiguration.
Originally, the people of the House of Black, including Sirius, were not interested in such high-difficulty, low-intensity magic. They clearly had more pure Dark Arts, which were less difficult and were numerical spells. They simply looked down on those mechanism spells that required painstaking research into their mechanics.
But Harry couldn't do that now. Harry was still a pure Little Wizards. Since he was to be pure, he had to be completely pure. How could a pure Little Wizards be tainted with even a speck of dirt?
So these two Little Wizardss, who had almost exhausted their efforts, rushed to the House of Black's Library and found this large collection of hidden spells.
However, just as the three were training enthusiastically in the Forbidden Forest, Cedric walked over, carrying an Alchemy backpack that was, strictly speaking, not very large.
It wasn't even really an Alchemy backpack; it could be called an Alchemy vest, at most a bit thick and heavy.
"Cedric? Why... are you here?" Harry asked, surprised to see the newcomer.
The latter awkwardly scratched the back of his head: "Professor Kayson felt that you haven't been in a good mood these past few days."
"No, I've always been in a good mood." Harry was a little embarrassed at having his thoughts exposed, but he still chose to maintain his youthful pride and acted stubborn.
"Unfortunately, you couldn't hide it from Professor Kayson. He felt you were in a bad mood, so he made you a gift. He worked on it for a long time, not even closing his eyes these past few days," Cedric said, lifting the Alchemy backpack in his hand.
"This is the gift he made for you. I don't know what it's for."
Harry pursed his lips and took the Alchemy backpack: "Thank you."
"Mm-hmm." Cedric smiled and left without saying anything.
Although he didn't follow Kayson's original script at all, it could be said that in this regard, Cedric had outmaneuvered Kayson.
The three, watching Cedric leave, slowly started a conversation: "From my understanding of Kayson, this backpack, he worked on it for several days without closing his eyes? You can't fool a fool like that." Sirius commented sharply.
"Indeed," Lupin agreed.
"I think what we need now isn't agreement, but a different perspective," Sirius said, exasperated.
"Then, based on my impression of Cedric, he must have sensed your different little emotions, so he made this Alchemy backpack himself to give to you... Of course, he might have been embarrassed or something, so he lied and said Kayson gave it to you."
"After all, in other words... does Kayson even have that kind of emotional intelligence?" Lupin said casually, spreading his hands.
"Oh... hmm... that's true." Harry and Sirius both couldn't help but nod, after all, this thing called emotional intelligence...
For someone like Kayson, whose emotional intelligence fluctuates wildly, it's indeed not very reliable.
After the three reached a consensus on this matter, they decisively chose to experiment with what this Alchemy backpack was for.
After clumsily helping Harry put on the backpack, Harry saw a silver mark on his wrist light up with a light screen.
"Wow, this might really be Professor Kayson's gift to me..." Harry murmured softly.
"What?" Lupin asked, confused.
"Oh, nothing." Harry shook his head and casually pressed one of the buttons on the light screen. Well, there were only two buttons on the entire light screen.
He pressed the blue one. The next moment, a shimmering shield appeared around him.
Sirius casually threw a stream of his magic towards the shield, like a stone sinking into the sea, without causing the slightest ripple.
"Such a strong shield... I'll try again." Sirius, refusing to believe it, used his strongest offensive spell that countered magic.
This time, the shield finally reacted a little. Although it only turned slightly red, it was indeed clear that this shield was incredibly powerful.
Harry pressed the blue button again to make the shield disappear, then pressed the red button.
Whoosh...
"Where's Harry?" Sirius looked up at the sky, bewildered.
"Apparently... he flew away."
