Kaisen looked at Dumbledore, somewhat bewildered.
Dumbledore winked at him: "I said we weren't ready yet, not that you couldn't be sorted."
"You clearly said I wasn't ready," Kaisen whispered.
"It's all pretty much the same meaning, hurry up and go," Dumbledore urged with a smile.
Kaisen braced himself and walked towards Professor McGonagall, sitting down and whispering, "You should have discussed this with me, it's quite embarrassing."
"Consider it a surprise."
Professor McGonagall helped Kaisen put the Sorting Hat on his head.
"Hufflepuff!" the Sorting Hat shouted loudly.
The entire Great Hall instantly erupted in terrifyingly enthusiastic applause. Professor Sprout gracefully stood up from her seat, walked proudly down from the Professors' table, stood in front of Kaisen, and bowed elegantly twice to the Little Wizards of the four Great Houses.
Finally, she bowed to her colleagues at the Professors' table.
Kaisen stood up awkwardly, put the Sorting Hat back on the stool, and was about to leave, as this was practically a public execution...
But Professor Sprout stopped him, pulling out an exquisite brooch made of obsidian and gold from her pocket.
"Come on, try it on."
Kaisen took it and pinned it to his chest...
"It looks great."
"Good that it looks great," Professor Sprout nodded, then turned to face the Hufflepuff table.
"Welcome your new classmate."
For a moment, Kaisen didn't know why, but he suddenly had a bad feeling.
The next moment, the entire Hufflepuff table, all the Hufflepuff Little Wizards, rushed towards him.
"Oh no, they're going to do it!"
Kaisen was about to make a quick escape, deciding not to use Ender Teleportation, but rather his long legs.
Then he was immediately grabbed by the two red-haired Mr. Weasleys.
"Huh? Aren't you Gryffindors?" he said, somewhat bewildered.
The twins exchanged glances, then shrugged: "It doesn't matter, tonight we are all Hufflepuffs."
As the twins spoke those words, the Little Wizards from the other three Houses seemed to open up a new world. The only difference was that Gryffindor and Ravenclaw joined the revelry with the mindset of everyone joining the fun.
As for Slytherin, only the Little Wizards who had chosen Alchemy rushed towards Kaisen.
"Professor, do you know what's going to happen next?" Cedric didn't know when he had slung an arm around Kaisen's shoulder and asked faintly.
"...You guys aren't going to toss people into the air like after a winning Quidditch match, are you?"
Cedric showed a perfect eight-tooth smile.
"Hmph hmph."
"You won't do that, right?"
"...ohohohohoh!!!"
"Dumbledore.....I....."
"I.....M*therf*cker...."
"Sh*t!"
"Holy sh*t..."
"That's awesome!"
Sitting at the Professors' table, Snape looked at the mithril emerald brooch clutched in his hand and awkwardly put it back into his pocket.
Professor McGonagall, on the other hand, held a gold and ruby brooch in her left hand, and a lapis lazuli and silver brooch, adorned with bronze, in her right.
"Severus, I remember you made a brooch too."
Snape shook his head: "No, you must be mistaken."
"Oh, come on, it's been so many years, and you're still so coy," Professor Flitwick commented sharply, and directly used a spell to take the brooch Snape had put in his pocket, handing it to Professor McGonagall.
"If Kaisen knew he didn't have a Slytherin brooch, he might think you have something against him. I'll send this one over to him."
Professor McGonagall said, holding the Slytherin brooch.
"Suit yourself," Snape buried his head in his food.
Hmm... this was the first time he had truly enjoyed a meal since becoming a Professor.
"Little Wizards, put your poor Professor Kaisen down. You still have food you haven't had a chance to enjoy yet," Professor McGonagall said to the Little Wizards.
After some time, Kaisen's feet finally touched the ground.
"Thank you all... Someone help me... Honestly, I'm actually a bit afraid of heights, of course, that's when I don't have the ability to fly. Once I get on a broomstick, that fear disappears."
As Kaisen spoke, a Hufflepuff Little Wizards came to Kaisen's side in a few quick steps and helped him back to the Professors' table.
"These are for you," Professor McGonagall transfigured three small, exquisite gift boxes, placed the corresponding brooches inside, and handed them to Kaisen.
"Thank you so much, can I open them now?"
"Of course."
Kaisen opened all three gift boxes, and soon three more brooches appeared on his chest.
"I've collected all four Houses, so why isn't there a Hogwarts school crest?" he whispered faintly into Dumbledore's ear.
"I'm just a decrepit old man over a hundred years old. What do I know about Alchemy? How could I possibly make you a school crest brooch?" Dumbledore said, lowering his eyes.
"Uh... you don't need to repeat that so many times, and Nicolas Flamel said so too."
"That's why I gave you his Philosopher's Stone. My original plan was to return it to Nicolas Flamel and claim that I had destroyed the Philosopher's Stone," Dumbledore explained.
"Alright, alright..." Kaisen said, shrugging.
"But I really can't tell, you're actually afraid of heights?" Professor Flitwick, not far away, leaned over and asked.
"More or less. My fear of heights is quite interesting. When I'm prepared and when I'm riding a broomstick, there's no problem at all. It's just when I'm caught off guard and still in mid-air that my heart rate speeds up to a frightening frequency."
"This is a normal reaction when the human body perceives a threat of death. Strictly speaking, it's not considered acrophobia."
Snape, who was elegantly eating, found a moment to speak.
"Hmm, maybe," Kaisen propped his chin with one hand. It was a pity that after so long, he still hadn't managed to get an Elytra.
However... regarding flying...
He uncharacteristically fell into thought. The Mystical Era mod he was currently researching didn't actually have much genuine magic, just things like fire, lightning, and light.
What he truly used were the elements. For example, once he thoroughly understood the fire element, he could directly use fire magic. Similarly, by studying the electrical element, he could use lightning magic.
So, if he combined the wind element and the motion element, synthesizing a flying element...
"...Hmm... that's a plan!"
