"Huh?"
Hearing his boss say that there was another boss, Galdino froze, momentarily unable to process it.
The others were just as confused.
"Just a heads-up—keep your distance."
After Crocodile said that, he cut the line. Galdino glanced at the men beside him; they exchanged bewildered looks.
"What's going on?"
"Boss said it—are you gonna disobey? But seriously, who is this guy he's talking about?"
Galdino looked toward the three figures facing off in the distance, his mind racing. What on earth had happened in Alabasta?
Don studied the two giants before him.
Since coming to this world, he had seen people of unusual size—like Admirals Aokiji and Kizaru.
He'd even met colossal creatures like Laboon, the island whale.
But seeing two giants standing over twenty meters tall was still a sight that stirred his curiosity.
Across from him, Dorry and Brogy stared at Don with wary expressions. Their faces were grave.
After all, this man had just appeared out of nowhere—and with raw strength alone, had torn the two of them apart mid-duel.
It was as if an even stronger giant had suddenly dropped into their midst.
"Who are you, little one?"
Brogy lowered his head and asked gruffly.
"Don," he replied plainly.
"Why did you interrupt our battle?"
That was Dorry speaking.
Compared to the round-bodied Brogy, Dorry's proportions resembled those of a normal human—just magnified several times over.
"I simply wanted to witness the power of the Giant Race for myself," Don said without hesitation.
"Looking for trouble, are you?"
Dorry and Brogy exchanged glances.
"I've heard tales," Don continued, "that the Giants possess a technique so powerful it can unleash devastating shockwaves—capable of destroying anything in its path. I'd like to see if I can withstand that strike."
As he spoke, flames began to surge from his body. His figure lifted, floating up until he stood eye-level with the two titans.
"You trying to die?" Brogy barked.
Many knew of the Giants' joint attack—back in their pirate days, the Giant Warrior Pirates were famed across the seas.
But this tiny man wanted to test that technique?
"No one has ever survived that attack," Dorry said seriously.
"Is that so?"
Don frowned slightly, studying the two giants.
Despite their size, giants were known to be simple and straightforward by nature. These two, he could tell, were no exception.
Otherwise, they wouldn't have fought each other for a hundred years over who caught the bigger prey.
Most couldn't understand their stubbornness.
Neither could Don.
But he had no intention of explaining further.
With a flicker of movement, Don appeared beside Brogy's head.
Sensing him, Brogy jerked back with surprising speed for someone his size—
But it was too late.
Don's arm, wreathed in Armament Haki, smashed into his cheek.
BOOM!
A shockwave exploded between Don's fist and Brogy's thick skin. The twenty-meter giant was sent flying, crashing toward the island's edge.
Galdino and his group nearly popped their eyes out of their heads.
Cold sweat drenched them instantly—because Brogy was flying straight at them.
Without hesitation, they turned and ran for their lives.
Meanwhile, Dorry reacted the instant Don attacked—his warrior instincts kicking in.
The massive blade in his hands came crashing down toward Don.
A flash of flame—and Don vanished.
In the next instant, a towering shield swung toward him.
"Good!" Don grinned, pulling back his right fist. Armament Haki flowed thick around it, condensing into a dark red glow.
Then he struck.
The impact shattered the massive shield with a thunderous crack!
Already weathered from a hundred years of battle, it couldn't withstand the force—splintering into fragments as Dorry staggered back and fell hard to the ground.
Galdino's group huddled together, trembling.
Brogy's body slammed down nearby—just missing them by a hair.
Groaning, Brogy sat up, blood vessels standing out in his eyes. He glanced at the terrified men by his head, then turned his gaze toward Don—who hovered in midair, surrounded by flames.
On the other side, Dorry ripped away the bandages from his ruined shield arm and stood, wary and grim.
This man… was strong.
"Now then—shall we try it?" Don asked, his voice calm as ever.
"Don't you dare underestimate us!" Dorry roared, raising his enormous sword and cleaving down with a force that made the earth tremble.
From afar, Brogy charged back, leaping high, his massive axe slicing through the air.
Flames flared.
Don drew his blade.
"Flame Unleashed."
As the two colossal weapons fell, Don's sword flashed upward in a fiery arc.
The violent slash split the incoming strike apart, the shockwave ripping through the sky.
The two giants staggered back, eyes wide in disbelief.
Meanwhile, at the island's shore, Issho and Robin had just arrived. Their ship floated under Issho's gravity control—hovering midair—giving them a clear view of the battle.
"Are they… fighting already?" Robin asked curiously.
"I'm not sure," Issho admitted. He too was intrigued by the giants' rumored technique.
He had never heard of it before—but if even Don wanted to test it, it must be something special.
"Someone's running this way," Robin noted, turning her head to spot several figures sprinting toward the shore.
"Probably Crocodile's men," she said thoughtfully.
Issho nodded. His Observation Haki had picked up the same.
But his focus remained on the battle—on Don and the two giants.
Their power wasn't weak, not at all. Their defense and strength were impressive—fitting for their race.
Yet before Don, it was clear—they were outmatched.
"To think he can match a giant's brute strength head-on," Issho murmured. "Don's power… it's on another level."
Each swing Don made drove the giants back further. He wasn't even fighting seriously.
The difference in power was undeniable.
"But what about the move he mentioned?" Robin asked.
Issho smiled faintly. "We'll see soon enough."
The battle raged on—each of Don's flaming strikes forcing the two titans to retreat.
The earth quaked beneath their feet. Across Little Garden, beasts fled in terror from the sounds of their clash.
"Are you really not going to use your combined attack?" Don called out, voice echoing through the island. "Don't hold back
I told you, I can really handle it!"
