Even a King Can Be Shocked

King Esperança looked coldly at the figure standing between him and his meal. Apparently, it was a female, and aesthetically speaking, she could be considered acceptable. If one were to judge by appearance alone, she was not unpleasant to look at.
Two figures stared at each other. Neither showed any emotion on their faces. They resembled two high-level artistic paintings placed against one another. Both had beautiful white hair.
While one had fair skin, the other had vibrant purple skin. Their eyes met completely white eyes against black eyes as dark as night.
Two short swords appeared in the hands of the figure in black armor, her body enveloped in purple electricity that crackled all over her.
The knight advanced rapidly, concentrating lightning in her swords. Spider legs pierced the king's white suit. He put both hands in his pockets and used the legs that rose from his back.
