The Dragon Captain looked at Isolde. 'I really haven't been in full support of her ever since she went to that Manhattan school. That was time she was supposed to use to bond with those she would one day rule over, wasted in a school whose standards, no matter how high, cannot match what we already have here.'
"It's best if you step out of the ring," he heard Godfrey say to Isaac. Upon noticing the change in Isaac's expression, the captain frowned behind his mask.
'Does he know the boy? So there's a good chance he's acting out of empathy, and with that, against a superior!'
The Dragon Captain grunted angrily.
He clenched his fist. 'He acts like a rookie. Number 1… let's see what made you so audacious.'
