The demon hovered in the air above the hall, black mana swirling around his body like smoke.
Even after Sorien's domain had weakened his attack, the demon still looked relaxed. "Do you really think that domain of yours can defeat me?"
The dark energy around him pulsed again, filling the hall with an oppressive pressure.
Sorien frowned as he wiped the thin line of blood from his cheek with the back of his hand.
The injury was small, but it was enough to show that the demon was not ordinary.
His eyes turned cold. "So you think that little trick was impressive?"
The golden light around him intensified.
The swords floating inside the [Sol Radiant Order] domain began to vibrate as Sorien released more power. "Then let me end this quickly."
Before the demon could react, Sorien moved.
A single blade of pure light formed behind him. [Silent Severance]
The sword shot forward silently, and the next second, the blade pierced straight through the demon's chest.
