What if he made his food only available by points? His C-class food could be exclusively bought by points, and he could charge more in turn, and without people noticing it.
That said, he didn't forget to grab the black-and-white teddy bear who was eating a jam sandwich. "Can't we have a system like this?"
He proceeded to explain the points system and the bear's face morphed from annoyance (from being interrupted from his sandwich, to some sort of morbid admiration).
"I knew you were evil."
"Hey!!" he kneaded the white bear's chubby face. "Answer the question."
"Erm…I guess."
