Chapter 80 - Chapter 80: Army! Prepare! Seven Days!

The next morning.

Arthur finally reappeared before Galahad and Bullet.

"Your power is too unrestrained."

"Strength…"

"Being strong doesn't mean mindlessly overwhelming everything. You must remain stable."

Galahad was in the middle of instructing Bullet. Since he had promised to train him, he showed no hesitation or leniency—only complete seriousness.

From the very beginning, Bullet was being taught everything: etiquette, physical control, technique, discipline… and of course swordsmanship and marksmanship. A knight must master both blade and firearm.

Bullet, however, preferred close-quarters combat. So Galahad trained him just as earnestly in hand-to-hand techniques.

Crack! Crack!

Bullet's speed increased rapidly. His movements grew lighter, sharper, more ferocious. In just a short time, he was already attacking with startling aggression.

"Haa… haa…"

After a round of fierce training, Bullet was drenched in sweat. Despite his progress, exhaustion washed over him. He wasn't just practicing—he was training under heavy weighted gear.

But on Britannia itself, he was also wrapped in its protection.

Like a child resting in his mother's arms, Bullet found that no matter how hard the training, he could recover shockingly fast. That was one of Britannia's mysteries.

"Heh… hahahaha…"

Arthur smiled. "Bullet, you're taking this very seriously."

"Your Majesty!"

Bullet bowed deeply before responding with respect. "Of course! Sir Galahad is incredibly strong. I must learn properly."

Arthur nodded with approval. Training seriously was fundamental. And Galahad's skill and experience spoke for themselves—after all, aside from Arthur's own immense talent, Galahad was the son of Lancelot, the knight famed for mastering every weapon under the sun.

Naturally, Galahad was exceptional in every discipline.

"Your Majesty," Galahad asked after a brief pause, "did everything… go well?"

Arthur smiled. "Don't worry. It's all been resolved. Nothing serious."

Galahad exhaled in relief. To him, nothing mattered more than the safety of his king. Without Arthur, his own life held no meaning.

As long as the king was unharmed, all was well.

Arthur shook his head gently, fully understanding Galahad's devotion.

The Knights of the Round Table—aside from one rebellious girl—were unwaveringly loyal to the King of Knights.

As for Lancelot's scandal… well, that was its own complicated story.

At that moment—

Bullet suddenly leapt to his feet, fully recovered after only half an hour. He looked bewildered.

"Your Majesty! Why… why do I feel completely better already?!"

The speed of recovery was beyond reason. As if his exhaustion and strain had been an illusion.

Arthur explained warmly, "It's simple. To Britannia, you are like her child. Protecting her children… is only natural."

"Is that… real?" Bullet seemed unsure, unable to comprehend it.

Arthur patted his shoulder.

"Slowly get used to it. This island treats those it accepts like a mother. Once Britannia acknowledges you, you'll understand."

Arthur walked to Galahad's side. "Have you finished questioning them?"

"Yes."

Galahad nodded. With his pure spirit, he could sense truths others could never perceive. Lying to Galahad was nearly impossible; when he wished to know something, he simply knew it.

"Your Majesty," Galahad reported, "they belong to the Army, one of the World Government's three military forces."

"The Navy maintains control over the seas."

"Next—"

"The Army safeguards the Red Line. And finally, the Air Force, though extremely secretive. Even the two prisoners knew almost nothing about them."

Arthur nodded slightly. This aligned with his own suspicions.

Army. Navy. Air Force.

He had pieced it together long ago. The existence of a "Supreme Commander of All Three Forces"—a position above the Fleet Admiral—made no sense unless three militaries existed.

"What was their objective?" Arthur asked.

Galahad replied,

"They intended to transform God Valley. Although God Valley was destroyed, its terrain can be restructured into a fortress—a nail hammered deep into the New World. At a critical moment, it would serve as a strategic stronghold."

"As expected."

"The same goal as ours," Arthur said. "Everyone is here because of God Valley—no, the Britannia Sea."

The location was too strategically perfect.

No competent power would willingly abandon such a fortress.

But even Arthur hadn't expected the enemy to arrive this quickly.

"And these were not all of them, correct?" he asked.

"No," Galahad said. "These were only the vanguard. A senior Army General is leading a force of 3,000 soldiers. They will arrive in seven days."

Arthur nodded.

That matched his assumptions. The Army wouldn't send only two Vice Admirals.

"Fine," he said calmly. "Let them come. If they intend to invade the Britannia Sea—then they'll be met head-on."

He clenched his fist.

He wanted to test something—he didn't know if he could succeed, but the opportunity was too good to ignore.

"I understand," Galahad said and stepped aside.

Arthur stared across the horizon in quiet thought.

---

[Arthur Pendragon]

[Holy Sword: Excalibur – Sword of Promised Victory (13 Seals)]

[Holy Spear: Locked]

[Bloodline of the Red Dragon: 40% Awakened (Red Dragon's Scale, Red Dragon's Claw, Red Dragon's Stomach)]

[Knights of the Round Table: Galahad (Knight of the Holy Grail)]

[Island of Britannia: Synchronization: 30%]

[Castle of White Chalks: Locked]

[Haki: Conqueror's Haki (Intermediate), Armament Haki (Intermediate), Observation Haki (Intermediate)]

Arthur looked at his status panel.

Britannia Island now displayed 30%, a unique metric only he understood.

"Thirty percent… That's more than enough."

He whispered softly, eyes fixed on the distant horizon.

"Army General… seven days. I'm looking forward to seeing how this plays out."

A faint, amused smile crossed his lips.

The mystique and grandeur of Britannia needed to be carved into the world—through invasion, conquest, and blood.

Only then would others understand what Britannia truly was.

---

"Haa… haa…"

Bullet continued his rigorous training. Every day he pushed himself to the limit. The Army prisoners had already been dealt with.

Galahad may have been pure of heart, but he was still a knight. Mercy and purity had nothing to do with each other. When enemies must be killed, they are killed.

Arthur, Galahad, and Bullet all continued their respective training.

Bullet focused on building fundamentals.

Arthur trained relentlessly—his Red Dragon forms and special enhancements were only parts of him. What he sought was his own strength, the pure power forged through effort, not bloodline.

He deeply understood this truth and had never neglected training.

"Whew…"

After exhaling deeply, Arthur asked, "Galahad, how is your Haki training progressing?"

Galahad, with his immense physique, terrifying combat skill, magical power, and the Grail's blessing, answered calmly:

"Your Majesty, mastering both Haki types is not an issue. What remains is accumulation."

"Good," Arthur said. "No need to rush. Keep polishing it."

He gazed over the newly formed Britannia archipelago.

"Britannia may now stand in the world… but everything else must be built from nothing."

Galahad knelt respectfully.

"Your Majesty, you will create the Holy Britannian Empire. No matter where we are or in which world we stand, we of the Round Table will follow you always. When you call, we shall answer."

Arthur smiled gently.

If he wished, he could already unseal one of Excalibur's seals—after all, Galahad was one of the twelve knights capable of unlocking it.

But he didn't.

Not yet.

There was too much to prepare. His dragon blood was far from fully awakened. To release Excalibur's power now would be wasteful.

And as Galahad said—one by one, the Round Table Knights awaited his summons.

"Heh… truly an amusing feeling," Arthur murmured.

Time continued to flow.

Arthur knew the enemy would arrive soon.

This would be Britannia's first trial.

Not the most important—but if they couldn't overcome even this…

…then his ambitions would remain dreams.

Even with confidence in his power, the world held countless dangers. Arthur prepared carefully, waiting.

"Now then…"

"Who will the enemy be?"

"And…"

Arthur's voice lowered.

"Once this battle ends, what will the Five Elders do?"
