"It's very easy, ma'am," one of the models chimed in, stepping forward with a reassuring smile. "Just keep your shoulders relaxed, chin slightly up, and let your hips guide your stride. Walk like you own the floor – slow, confident and controlled."
"Okay!" Ruby nodded her heart beating even faster.
"Pick a point at the end of the runway and lock your eyes there." Another model added, "Don't rush. Don't try to overdo it. The dress will do half the work for you."
Ruby's grip tightened around the fabric she was holding, suddenly feeling like she needed to use the convenience.
"And when you get to the end of the runway...," a third model demonstrated, placing a hand on her hip, "...pause, shift your weight lightly, give a subtle pose… then turn smoothly. No sharp corners so you don't trip. Just clean and confident strides."
Ruby swallowed hard, trying to absorb all the advice at once.
