Chapter 50 - Dark Iron

As soon as King Magni finished speaking, Kael'thas blinked behind a tent very close to the entrance of Uldaman, perfectly positioned in the blind spot of the Dark Iron Dwarves.

With a flash of light, Millhouse also followed.

"Don't leave me behind!"

"I'm at least an Archmage, I can help!"

"Magni said that the Dark Iron Dwarves' equipment has high magic resistance!"

"I know you're a Legendary Mage, and I admit your spell power is much higher than mine, but Arcane Explosion is a low-damage area-of-effect spell after all. What if it doesn't kill them?"

"If we cast together, the effect will be better!"

He quickly lowered his voice to explain, while stealthily glancing around, specifically at key positions, looking quite—professional?

"Quite skilled, aren't you?"

"Of course! Millificent and I often do infiltrations and sneak attacks!"

Millhouse raised his chin, quite proud.

He quickly found the safest route: "Your Highness, stick close to me, your footsteps must be light, and absolutely no sound. These Dark Iron Dwarves are very alert. Last time I infiltrated Dark Iron City, I was discovered, and Millificent was the one who rescued me."

Kael'thas was a bit surprised: "Her? She doesn't seem to be a professional, how did she rescue you? By paying a ransom?"

"How could that be! First, we're both very poor; the money we steal—ah, no, earn—is all used to buy magic items and engineering materials. Even if we had money, it would be useless. Could we be richer than those who mine all day? They wouldn't accept it!"

Millhouse cast Invisibility and stealthily walked towards the entrance: "Your Highness, don't underestimate Millificent. She's much smarter than I am. She used a Shrink Ray to shrink herself and sneak in, then she shrunk me too, and we flushed ourselves out through the sewers!"

Kael'thas: "..."

Is your 'flush' legitimate?

He quickly cast Invisibility and followed.

The two stopped talking and silently arrived at the entrance.

Suddenly, something bumped into Kael'thas. Thick hair brushed against his chest, and he smelled a foul body odor.

How long had it been since she last bathed? Her hair was extremely greasy!

Her chest muscles were hard as rock, and they hit his soft spot, making him wince in pain.

"Your Highness? It's me, Hona!"

"Move aside, I'll go knock a few out first, then you can Arcane Explosion. Wait for my signal!"

The rare dwarf rogue squeezed forcefully between Kael'thas and Millhouse, entered the passage, and wandered around for a while.

"Hiss, that hurt. My head was dazed by her chest muscles. She doesn't even watch where she's going!"

"Dwarves are so barbaric!"

Millhouse complained, though his voice was as faint as a mosquito's buzz, unheard by the Dark Iron Dwarves ten meters away.

"With that stealth technique, she won the SI:7 Stealth Competition? I don't think she's suited for stealth and assassination. With that physique and strength, she's more suited for combat!" Kael'thas commented.

"Your Highness is right. I suspect she was kicked out by Duke Ravenholdt after failing to assassinate an important target!" Millhouse deeply agreed.

It wasn't that they were deliberately complaining; it was mainly because the dwarf woman was too slow.

Poor technique, slow speed, a fifty-year-old girl acting like a three-hundred-year-old short-legged old woman.

Kael'thas had to reapply Invisibility seven times and drink eight invisibility potions before he saw Hona Stonefall emerge from stealth, knock out a Dark Iron dwarf around the corner with a dagger, nod at him, and even make a 'V' sign, a brilliant smile on her face, an expression of 'Praise me, praise me!'

"Excellent!"

When his invisibility wore off, Kael'thas gave Hona a sincere smile and a thumbs-up, even winking, providing maximum emotional value.

Millhouse quickly followed suit, which made the dwarf woman in the distance very happy, and she made a heart gesture towards Millhouse.

Millhouse was instantly stunned, overjoyed. This woman didn't fall for the Elf Prince, but for him?

And this scene was clearly seen by Millificent, who was hundreds of meters away, watching through a Gnome high-magnification military telescope, worried about her husband's safety. She stomped her feet in anger, cursing the two of them a hundred times in her heart.

The next moment, Arcane Explosion!

Kael'thas and Millhouse simultaneously cast Arcane Explosion!

The dozen or so Dark Iron Dwarves at the entrance had no time to react and instantly went to meet the late King Thaurissan.

And this was the signal for the general attack!

Five hundred Ironforge elite soldiers immediately charged out from the mountainside, behind boulders, and from within the dense forest, led by King Magni.

King of Kings Magni, wearing a full set of epic arcanite armor and wielding his familiar arcanite forging hammer, his two thick, strong short legs moved like fire wheels, incredibly fast.

He led the charge, followed by three hundred warriors and two hundred riflemen, encircling the entire camp with an overwhelming offensive.

The Bronzebeard clan and the Dark Iron clan were ancient enemies.

Enemies meeting again, their eyes burned with hatred.

The Bronzebeard Dwarves charged forward with bloodshot eyes.

The Dark Iron Dwarves initially met them with bloodshot eyes as well.

However, when they saw that the enemy's numbers far exceeded their own, and among them was the number one on the Dark Iron bounty list, a walking ten million gold coins, their eyes turned even redder.

One by one, their blood boiled, activating their racial talent, igniting the Blood of the Mountain, and turning to rush into Uldaman.

What a joke!

King Magni was a genuine Legendary Warrior, clad in top-tier epic equipment. He alone could rampage through their mere hundred men, not to mention he brought a vast number of subordinates?

Fighting was impossible!

Breaking through was impossible!

The only way was to enter Uldaman, use the complex terrain to circle around, and try to rendezvous with the main force already deep inside, then find a way to counterattack!

Then they saw a High Elf, a Bronzebeard dwarf, and a Gnome standing side by side at the entrance, and at some point, a brilliant blue magic barrier had appeared in the passage behind them.

"It's soundproof!"

"They don't want us to go in, and they don't want outside sounds to enter Uldaman!"

"They want to eliminate us, and then go in and eliminate our compatriots!"

"We can't let them succeed, charge!"

Dark Iron Dwarves produced many mages, and several of them were among these men. They instantly recognized the type of magic barrier and raised their hands, unleashing large fireballs.

However, the fireballs collapsed before they even fully formed; they were counterspelled!

Immediately after, he saw the High Elf and the Gnome casting simultaneously, while the Bronzebeard dwarf cheered them on by clapping.

Two mages simultaneously channeled spells, and a torrent of empowered Arcane Missiles flew over as if they were free.

He reacted quickly, knowing that Arcane Missiles were guided by mental power, would curve and could not be dodged, and even a blink would be useless. He simply stood his ground and raised a Mana Shield.

Unfortunately, it was as thin as paper, easily pierced, and he died on the spot.

In his last breath, he recognized Kael'thas and Millhouse, and his heart was filled not with despair or pain, but with indignation and bewilderment:

Am I, a mere mid-tier mage, worth a team-up between a Legendary Mage and a veteran Archmage?

With mages blocking the way ahead, warriors and riflemen in pursuit from behind, and Elf rangers and Paladins surrounding them, the hundred or so Dark Iron Dwarves had no power to resist. In less than ten minutes, they were all killed, turning into a field of corpses.

"Dark Iron, good stuff."

"This material is unique to Blackrock Mountain, containing fire elemental energy from the Firelands!"

High Tinker Mekkatorque hurriedly manipulated his mech, stripping a Dark Iron dwarf of his full set of armor. He couldn't even wait to return, beginning his research on the spot.

Gnomes are too small; their strength and stamina aren't good enough.

He wasn't a professional, so of course, he brought his beloved large mech when he went out.

This mech was designed and built by him personally, integrating numerous devices such as reactive armor, energy emitters, missile launchers, firearms, small cannons, Gnome army knives, laser knives, and analyzers, making it an all-in-one offense and defense system.

Moreover, it was a portable mini-laboratory itself, convenient for him to conduct research and experiments at any time.

Another High Tinker, Millhouse Manastorm, stomped over to Millhouse with her rocket boots, grabbing his ear and scolding him relentlessly, her eyes fixed on Hona Stonefall, her murderous intent barely concealed.

The female dwarf wasn't afraid of her; she stuck out her tongue, then vanished, entering stealth!

"Poor Millhouse, he's been claimed."

Kael'thas stood not far away, enjoying the show, and whispered, "You did that on purpose, didn't you?"

The female dwarf's voice came from beside him: "Of course! I prefer reliable, muscular dwarf men like Brann; how could I like a little Gnome whose strength isn't even as good as mine? Isn't it fun?"

"—Be careful not to play with fire and get burned. Millhouse Manastorm is not to be trifled with."

Kael'thas was speechless. Are all Dwarves this interesting?

Several warriors threw the not-quite-dead Dark Iron dwarf in front of King Magni. The King of Ironforge looked down at the captive from above: "How many of you came? What's the situation inside? What have you done to our people? Speak!"

"Pah!"

"Glory belongs to Dark Iron!"

"One day we will fight back—ah!"

The captive cursed, but before he could finish, King Magni ended him with a hammer blow.

"Dark Iron's mouths are harder than Dark Iron itself; they haven't changed in all these years," King Magni grumbled.

High Tinker Mekkatorque walked over in his mech, rapidly manipulating instruments to emit detection rays, then shook his head: "No, the mountain is too thick, and there are very strong technological and magical protections. I can't detect the internal structure."

At this moment, Lana'thel, who had been silent throughout the journey, said, "More Dark Iron Dwarves might come. We must be prepared."

Kael'thas said, "Some of those Dark Iron Dwarves are Mages. Mages always find a way to transmit messages externally. The one in Blackrock Depths's Darkforge City might have already received the news, and a large force will arrive soon."

Dark Iron Dwarves have Mages and can teleport, making them much more mobile than Bronzebeard Dwarves.

In fact, the military strength of the Dark Iron Dwarves has always been superior to that of the Bronzebeard Dwarves.

If it weren't for the Bronzebeard and Wildhammer Dwarves sharing a common enemy, and their excellent relations with the humans of Stormwind Kingdom and the Gnomes of Gnomeregan, ensuring strong and continuous reinforcements, the Dark Iron Dwarves would have already attacked Ironforge out of apprehension.

High Tinker Mekkatorque said, "Kael'thas, open the gates! Open the portals to Ironforge and Gnomeregan, and bring in troops!"

"Alright!"

Kael'thas opened three consecutive portals, leading to Ironforge, Gnomeregan, and Sandar Hill respectively.

The first to arrive was surprisingly Kurdran Wildhammer.

"King Magni, Gelbin, you're all here?"

"Where is this? Let me see, Loch Modan. Did you blast open the entrance to Uldaman?"

"And Dark Iron Dwarves!"

His military acumen was high, and he immediately understood Kael'thas's purpose in opening the portals: "Count me in! Uldaman is a dwarf holy site; we absolutely cannot let the Dark Iron Dwarves take it all! Kael'thas, how many people do you need?"

Kael'thas smiled and said, "I'm not good at military matters, nor do I understand Dark Iron Dwarves. King Magni should command."

King Magni pondered for a moment and said, "I haven't dealt with Dagran Thaurissan, so I don't know him well. However, Blackrock Mountain is currently monitored by the Alliance, and the surface portion is occupied by Orcs. The Dark Iron Dwarves can't mobilize many troops, not more than ten thousand."

"Not that many."

Kael'thas said, "As far as I know, Dark Iron King Dagran Thaurissan outwardly pledges allegiance to Ragnaros the Firelord, but in reality, he has long harbored rebellious intentions. He has been enduring and accumulating strength only because he lacks the capability. He wouldn't dare to mobilize too many troops or engage us in war."

"Is that so? You're right, among the three clans, the Dark Iron Dwarves are the most stubborn. No one can truly make them submit, not even Ragnaros."

King Magni nodded: "In that case, I estimate at most five thousand Dark Iron Dwarves will come. They will open portals in nearby hidden locations, and after their army gathers, they'll charge in together. This will take time."

"Perfect, we also need time to mobilize troops," Kael'thas said with a smile.

King Magni said, "Most of Ironforge's army is clearing out Orcs in various locations. There are still three thousand troops left in the city. At least one thousand must remain to maintain order, so only two thousand can be mobilized."

High Tinker Mekkatorque said, "The Orcs in Gnome territory have already been cleared out, but we don't have many troops to begin with—a thousand, a thousand mechanized units. That's all we can mobilize."

Kurdran said, "Most of the Wildhammer army is dealing with Orcs and Trolls in Wildhammer Highlands, Hinterlands, and Wetlands. On short notice, only the Gryphon Riders from Sandar Hill can be mobilized, about five hundred."

Wildhammer Highlands is the highland east of Grim Batol; that is its true name.

General Lirath Windrunner emerged from a portal and said, "Your Highness, most of Sandar Hill's forces are also patrolling the surrounding areas. Only a thousand people can be mobilized right now."

In fact, it was far more than that.

However, Lordaeron was eyeing them covetously. Intelligence indicated that King Terenas had reinforced Stratholme with five thousand troops, including many Paladins and Mages.

The city also had large reserves of oil, its intentions obvious to all, and they had to be wary.

"A fight? Count me in!"

"Kael'thas, your portal is too small. Make a bigger one!"

Princess Theradras's large head peered through the portal, but her body was too big to pass through.

She had recently been traveling back and forth between Sandar Hill and Eldre'Thalas, working a strict 007 schedule, constantly mining and quarrying, which was incredibly boring.

Fighting was much more interesting.

She looked towards Uldaman, her thick rocky eyebrows furrowing: "Power of the Earth Warder, it's Azadas, the Titan Guardian Azadas's power! He's inside! And another annoying presence, it seems to be an Old God!"

Kael'thas's heart stirred. An Old God's hand had reached Uldaman?

It made sense. At least Yogg-Saron knew Azadas was here; it wouldn't ignore him.

"Kael'thas, I'll have my children bring a thousand men over!" she shouted,

King Magni, High Tinker Mekkatorque, and the others were dumbfounded.

Centaur?

What kind of race is that, a hybrid of human and horse? They had never heard of it.

"Centaur? The Centaur of Desolace in Kalimdor? Those guys are vicious!" Millhouse subconsciously touched his butt, grimacing.

Kael'thas was curious: "You've seen Centaur?"

Millhouse nodded: "Yes! Once, when I was teleporting, I got the waypoint wrong and ended up in a temple-like building in Desolace. Before I could properly investigate, dozens of feathered arrows and spears came whizzing at me! It was terrifying!"

"What's so scary about that? Couldn't you just Blink away? Find a sheltered spot and teleport out."

"Uh—I was nervous at the time, wasn't I? My Blink went in the wrong direction, and I ended up right in the middle of the Centaur. Luckily, I used Arcane Explosion + Mana Shield in time and activated my rocket boots. That's how I escaped with my life." Millhouse shuddered at the memory.

Kael'thas glanced at his butt: "Got shot in the butt?"

"No, but I was a bit flustered then and didn't control the direction of my rocket boots well. I crashed into a mountain wall. Fortunately, I adjusted my posture in time to avoid hitting my head, but my butt wasn't so lucky. It hit a sharp rock—"

Before he finished speaking, uncontrollable laughter erupted, filling the air with a cheerful atmosphere.

"?"

Millhouse stared at the portal for a few seconds, then pointed at Theradras's large, flat face and exclaimed: "The idol in that temple was her!"

"Nonsense, the Centaur are my offspring, of course they worship me!" Princess Theradras snorted.

Millhouse's eyes gleamed: "The other idol was a Keeper of the Grove. You two are completely different species, yet you can produce flesh-and-blood offspring. Reproductive isolation doesn't exist; the boundary between carbon-based and silicon-based life has been broken—"

As soon as he said this, Milphiss, who was nearby, also got excited and said in a voice only Millhouse could hear: "Besides ordinary animals like cats and dogs, when has Azeroth ever had reproductive isolation? However, the combination of the life domain and the earth elemental domain giving birth to offspring is indeed quite incredible. We should find an opportunity—"

The two exchanged glances, chuckling.

Kael'thas enlarged the portal, and Princess Theradras squeezed through, staring at Uldaman: "It was Azadas and Freya who teamed up to defeat Mother back then, ultimately leading to Mother and me being separated for tens of thousands of years. He alone was no match for Mother!"

She sneered: "I don't know why, but his aura is very weak, severely diminished. It's hard to say if he even has demigod-level power now. It's the perfect chance to avenge Mother!"

"Hey, hey, what nonsense are you spouting?" a Bronzebeard dwarf shouted.

"Exactly! Lord Azadas is a Titan Guardian, the King of Earth, an existence above Deathwing. How could he lose to your mother?"

"And also, we were created by Lord Azadas; we are Lord Azadas's descendants! If you want to challenge Lord Azadas, you'll have to get past us first!"

The Dwarves were filled with righteous indignation, picking up their weapons, ready to teach this suddenly appearing enemy a lesson.

Princess Theradras was naturally unafraid. She looked down at these little Dwarves, her face full of disdain: "Just you? You're much weaker than the hundreds of Stone Giants I killed back then! Come at me all at once; don't say I'm bullying the small!"

"Uh, actually, you weren't created by Azadas, but by the Titan Keepers using the Forge of Wills, just like the human ancestors, the Iron Vrykul, and the Gnome ancestors, the Mechagnomes."

"Also, who knows how many tens of thousands of years have passed? Do you still have a relationship with the Earthen? The ancestors of the Elves were Trolls, yet we still fight Trolls to the death and even help you fight Trolls? It's not a big deal."

Seeing a major battle about to erupt, Kael'thas quickly played peacemaker.

"...What you said makes a lot of sense." Kurdran, who had met Princess Theradras a long time ago, said.

The Dwarves had nothing to say now.

During this time, they had indeed killed many Forest Trolls, and Kael'thas hadn't even cared. What right did they have to care?

If you really think about it, the transformation from Earthen to dwarf was silicon-based life becoming flesh-and-blood life, while from Troll to Elf was flesh-and-blood life to flesh-and-blood life. Their relationship was even closer!

Princess Theradras proudly lifted her large head: "I wasn't the one who started it. My opponent is Azadas, not these little things."

"You shut up, or I'll send you back!" Kael'thas had an immense headache. Why were the people around him so unreliable?

Despite the bickering, Princess Theradras still had to be brought along.

Azadas was a Titan Guardian after all; no matter how much power he had lost, his foundation remained, making him difficult to deal with.

Moreover, Uldaman was deep underground, which was Princess Theradras's home turf as an Earth Elemental demigod. Bringing her along would make things much easier.

Besides, she had contributed a thousand Centaur!

"2500 Bronzebeard Dwarves, 1000 Gnomes, 500 Hammerfell Dwarves, 1000 High Elves, 1000 Centaur. That makes 6000 people. 6000 against 5000, the advantage is mine."

King Magni was full of confidence: "And we are rich in combat experience. The Dark Iron Dwarves haven't had a proper fight in over two hundred years. While they seem to be 5000 strong, they're only equivalent to 2000. Plus, we can completely ambush them and strive to annihilate them all!"

"Also, we have enough variety in our troop types, and if we cooperate, we have an even greater advantage than the Dark Iron Dwarves with their single troop type!" Kurdran added.

"Most importantly, not only do we have more troops, but we also have more high-end combat power, with legends and artifacts. Combined, our combat strength is equivalent to several thousand. While we seem to be 6000 people, we are actually equivalent to at least 10,000!" Vereesa exclaimed.

Everyone was full of confidence.

"We don't know what's happening with Brann, so we can't delay. The Dark Iron Dwarves could arrive at any moment, and we might have to fight on two fronts," Kael'thas analyzed. "Uldaman is a confined space; a large number of people is useless. One or two hundred people, preferably the elite of the elite, would be enough. The various forces will arrive quickly, and someone needs to organize and coordinate them."

He looked at King Magni.

He had the highest status here, possessed high military acumen, and his individual strength was second only to Kael'thas himself, making him the most suitable.

Magni shook his head: "I'm worried about Brann. I want to go rescue him personally. Kurdran, underground is not suitable for Gryphon Riders, so you don't need to go down."

"Don't look at me. If I don't go down, I don't go down, but commanding is out of the question. It's too complicated; I won't do it." He flatly refused.

He certainly had the ability to command thousands in battle, but that was for Hammerfell Dwarves, at most extending to the dwarf population.

With Dwarves, Gnomes, High Elves, and Centaur, it was too complex. He really couldn't do it.

Kael'thas surveyed the group, his gaze finally settling on General Lirath Windrunner: "General Lirath, you will take command."

Lirath Windrunner quickly accepted the order.

Magni made an immediate decision: "Three hundred men stay to clear the battlefield. The rest follow me to rescue Hona!"

"Here!"

Hona Stonefall emerged from stealth and said, "I know where Prince Brann is heading. Follow me."

She led the way, with Kael'thas and the others, fifty warriors, and fifty musketeers close behind, eliminating the remaining dozen Dark Iron Dwarves in the passage, and arriving at a magnificent underground space.

This was an extremely vast hall, appearing to be prepared for giants several meters tall. The pillars, doorframes, and floor tiles were all unusually large.

Immediately, they saw peculiar creatures wandering everywhere.

These were flesh-and-blood beings, similar to Kobolds or other monsters, slightly shorter than a High Elf, with large heads, thick necks, and well-developed limbs, comparable to Dwarves.

Most of these fellows were bare, a few wore tattered clothes, and by all appearances, they were still in a primitive, uncivilized state.

When they saw someone intrude, they immediately swarmed over, holding various crude weapons, shouting in an incomprehensible language, full of menacing aggression.

"Strange, why does their language sound somewhat similar to our Dwarven tongue?" Magni wondered.

"Because they are very likely related to us!"

The Dwarven rogue girl said, "Prince Brann calls these fellows Troggs. We have unearthed many inscribed stone tablets, and we speculate that the Troggs were likely also created by the Titan Keepers, abandoned experimental products even earlier than the Earthen—"

Magni seemed to understand: "You mean, the Titans first created the Troggs, and later, finding them imperfect, created the Earthen based on them?"

"Exactly!"

"So, they were originally stone beings, and like the Earthen, they became flesh and blood to become what they are now." Magni ordered an attack.

Bang, bang, bang, fifty musketeers lined up in several rows, firing in turns.

Troggs, like Dwarves, were thick-skinned and tough, not killed by one or two shots. Some charged forward, only to be blocked by the shields of the front-row Dwarven warriors and have their heads smashed by heavy hammers.

These fellows, in terms of physical strength alone, were even stronger than Dwarves.

However, their intelligence was lacking, and they had almost no equipment, so they couldn't defeat a Bronzebeard dwarf one-on-one, let alone being too few in number. They were quickly wiped out.

"It seems the reason they were abandoned was their lack of intelligence."

Magni guessed and asked, "How many Troggs are in Uldaman?"

"I don't know. We had just begun exploring when the Dark Iron Dwarves arrived; we didn't have time to go deeper."

Hona Stonefall frowned: "When I escaped, there were only a few dozen Troggs in this area. How did they get so numerous?

They must have come from inside. There could be hundreds, even thousands or tens of thousands of Troggs inside!"

"It doesn't matter how many there are inside. I just want to rescue Brann now."

Magni strode forward, and the others followed.

With their superior numbers, they pushed through, eliminating dozens of Troggs, and arrived at an artificially dug passage.

Some parts of the passage were ancient, with crude excavation marks, likely the work of Troggs.

Other parts were fresh and neat, done by the Explorer's League.

"Inside is an excavation site. Prince Brann and his team are there."

"We originally explored deeper and saw a large door, but couldn't get in. Then we were driven back by the surging Troggs. We were outnumbered and couldn't win!"

Hona Stonefall said, "Prince Brann decided to explore this passage first. He found many inscribed stone tablets inside, so he set up camp and began excavating. That's when those damned Dark Iron Dwarves arrived!"

Kael'thas looked around, finding no trace of the Dark Iron Dwarves: "The good news is: the Dark Iron Dwarves haven't gone inside;

The bad news is: there are many Troggs inside, and Brann and his team are trapped by these fellows."

"Bronzebeard, attack!"

Magni, a man of few words, charged in with his forging hammer.

These unarmed small fry were not worth Kael'thas and the others' attention. One hundred well-equipped Bronzebeard Dwarves launched a dimension-shattering attack, passing through without casualties, and met Brann and his team.

"Big brother? And Kael'thas? How did you get here? I know, Hona went to report!"

Brann was directing his subordinates to build fortifications to resist the increasing numbers of Troggs. Seeing his elder brother arrive, he happily rushed over for a bear hug.

Kael'thas looked around.

A dozen members of the Explorer's League were on a high platform, using their height advantage and makeshift fortifications to hold off the Troggs. Fortunately, the Dark Iron Dwarves hadn't come over, otherwise, with their small numbers, they wouldn't have known how they died.

This guy, he's really lucky!

"Your Majesty! President!"

The explorers greeted them one after another.

Kael'thas was one of the three founders of the Explorer's League.

The League had no vice-presidents; the leadership consisted of three co-presidents, all equal, though he had never managed anything.

"Hello, everyone." Kael'thas greeted them with a smile.

"Brann, let's go, get out of here quickly, it's too dangerous." Magni recounted what had happened outside.

"No, my research just made progress!"

Brann quickly refused: "The Dark Iron Dwarves haven't arrived yet, have they? How about this, you help me explore together. We have more people, it won't take a day to finish exploring, and then we'll go out to deal with the Dark Iron Dwarves!"

Before Magni could scold him, he pointed at a stone tablet excitedly: "We found a way to enter the Hall of Kaz'mul! Do you know the Hall of Kaz'mul? It's deep inside, and it must contain the secrets of the Titan Keepers! There are many Troggs there. We were outnumbered and couldn't defeat them then, but we definitely can now!"

Magni frowned: "What's the rush? Uldaman won't grow legs and run! It's not too late to explore after we eliminate the Dark Iron Dwarves."

"But that hateful Trogg leader will run!"

Brann exclaimed: "We found the key to open the Hall of Kaz'mul, in two parts, and one part was stolen by that Trogg! The underground of Uldaman is too complex. If he runs too far, we won't find him!"

"...Alright then."

Magni knew his younger brother's stubborn personality well. If he didn't satisfy him now, he would surely find another opportunity to come exploring later, which would be even more dangerous.

Kael'thas smiled and said, "The Dark Iron Dwarves won't be that fast. Let's seize the time."

Magni wasn't in a hurry, and everyone else was there to help, so it didn't matter. Besides, they were very interested in the Titan ruins—except for Princess Theradras.

She only wanted to kill Azadas to avenge her mother.

Everyone returned to the hall and continued deeper. They encountered more and more Troggs and soon found the Trogg that Brann had mentioned.
