"...Where would you like to go?" Felix asked, leaning in, his breath brushing across Adrian's lips.
Before Adrian could answer, small droplets started to fall from the sky. It was raining— heavily.
"The universe is against me." Felix groaned as his shirt began to cling to his body.
Adrian took it off his jacket and held it over their heads. "Let's go home," he said with a laugh.
They raced the rest of the way back, splashing through puddles like kids.. When they reached the house, they both hurried to their rooms to shower. After Felix stepped out of the bathroom, towel-drying his hair, he noticed Adrian's jacket lying on his chair.
The image of them running together in the rain flashed through his mind, bringing a smile to his lips. He walked over to pick up the jacket, and a wallet fell out of the pocket.
