Black Sail actually didn't take control of the Wood Elf Plane that long ago, merely fifty years ago.
The Wood Elf Plane is an exceptionally excellent resource-based plane, with rich magic potion resources and various magic potion materials growing that many wizards have never seen before.
Wood Elves are also a superior race of elves, naturally born casters, distinguished in either magical talent or their excellent appearance, regarded as particularly high-grade slave creatures.
After Black Sail took control of the Wood Elf Plane, it quickly developed it into a magic potion plantation. Besides the pre-existing magic potion materials on the Wood Elf Plane, they also planted large areas of magic potion materials.
The environment there is highly conducive to the growth of magic potion materials, and the quality of the produced magic potion materials is excellent.
